A list of puns related to "Haka"
I donโt want to patronise anyone, because Iโm sure we all know Temโs heritage by now. But seeing a Tusken Haka after their successful fight back, considering the Maoriโs own struggle, is really something special.
You can read all about their long war for rights and independence, but to see that replicated (even in a small way) in SW is genuinely breathtaking imo
A popular video is reposted showing the Haka being performed at a wedding by the Maori people of New Zealand. The thread starts out innocently enough before some Redditors decide to have a debate on culture and whether or not the Haka is appropriate.

Personally I see it as a crowd giving their response and it's all fair but wanted to hear from some actual kiwis.
Cheers !
I grew up in Hawaii so Iโve seen the Haka in almost every variation (Samoa, Tonga, New Zeland, etc.) because itโs performed at almost every cultural event. Iโm NOT saying itโs not culturally significant, Iโm just saying the war dance of yelling and sticking out oneโs tongue is not intimidating to me. Yes, they are huge guys (sometimes girls participate), but I think it makes them less intimidating to stick your tongue out and open your eyes as wide as possible. It almost makes me want to laugh seeing someone that could probably pick me up with one hand behave in such a way. I keep seeing Haka clips on tiktok and people saying how scary they look and how rugby teams look so cool doing it.
Again, I am NOT arguing about the cultural significance of the Haka. Maybe Iโm just so numb to it because Iโve seen it so many timesโฆ.
Just a note in advance: this fruit is very impractical in the One Piece world, and shouldn't be taken seriously; I just thought it would be fun.
This fruit is a glowing yellow grapefruit, with a straight stem at the top.
This fruit grants the user the ability to create and turn their body into an Egyptian sandstone pyramid. In some ways, this fruit is comparable to the Castle-Castle Fruit.
The pyramid is the source of the user's power and as such, if it is damaged, the user will feel pain. Furthermore, this fruit's abilities will only work when the pyramid is in place. The bigger the pyramid created, the more power, but also more energy is consumed over time.
Strengths/Usage:
-The user can draw from the power of the pyramid and increase their vitality and strength to a moderate extent.
-The user can draw hieroglyphs on the side of the pyramid (the ability from these glyphs varies depending on what is written).
-The user can freely manipulate the inside of the pyramid
-The user's power is boosted greatly in sunlight
-The user can summon mummies from the ground
Weaknesses:
-Mummies take energy to create and control; also, if they come in contact with moonlight or water, they will wither instantly.
-Abilities can only be performed while pyramid is in place
-Pyramid slowly depletes user's stamina passively (on the side)
-When the pyramid is damaged, the user feels its pain (like Bege's Castle Castle Fruit)
-Power of the pyramid and user is heavily weakened in rain
Techniques (just to give you examples of the fruit's power; feel free to suggest more):
Entombment: The user traps the opponent inside their pyramid and creates endless mazes and traps inside
El Busco del Sol: Using hieroglyphs, the user summons the Boat of Ra, which blinds opponents and guides mummies to the surface
Desert Storm: A desert storm is created using hieroglyphs surrounding the pyramid, which boosts its power immensely at the cost of much energy; generally a last resort
Solar Embodiment: User draws power from the sun and unleashes a barrage of fiery attacks; this attack only works on sunny days
Raging River of Hapi: Using hieroglyphs, the user summons a massive surge of raging river that washes away everything, including the user. This last resort attack is the bane of all devil fruit users, including the user of this fruit. Not only is the pyramid immediately dissolved into sand, rendering the user unconscious, but the user will risk being t
