A 3lb golden shiner this thing fought like a carp on 2lb test , caught it in florida in a little pond, pretty sure this thing may b close to a state record i looked it up but couldnt find anything about it
Caught 10 Green Sunfish x Pumpkinseed hybrids.They have the characteristic of both fish but the main features are the speckles like a Pumpkinseed and the large mouth like a Green Sunfish. Also caught 25 Green Sunfish, 15 Pumpkinseed, 1 Golden Shiner and 1 Carp.Rain didn’t stop me and 6 other people.
Weird but cool looking Golden Shiner I caught this past April. Never caught or seen one with a bluish sheen to it.

Im pretty new to the game and im having trouble catching a golden shiner to complete a quest, ive tried everything ive found on the internet (semolina balls, #4-8 hooks,F11 fish off the bridge, peak times, doughballs, red worms,etc) and even after a whole day yesterday i still can get one, any tips?

Just got the game and it seems really cool. I’m trying to do the missions so I can some money, but I’m having some difficult finding a golden shiner. I’ve used all the shots I can use, which is bread, red worms, cheese, and sour dough. If anyone could give me a tip that would be great. (I am fishing in Texas)
