A list of puns related to "George Buck"
Title is self explanatory. These teams get a clone of each of the players I listed above, the clone is identical to his real counterpart and has the same personality.
Which team wins the finals now? Would any of these teams beat the Lakers or Nets?
With the 2021 NBA season coming up, it will be the third time teammates George Hill & Rodney Hood have teamed up.
First with the 16-17 Jazz - beat they Clippers but fell short to the GSW super team.
Then with the 17-19 Cavs - made a finals run alongside one another with LeBron leading the way.
Now with the 21-22 Bucks - to be determined. This will be George Hillβs second stint with the Bucks, in his first he was very helpful. Bucks also have actually tried trading for Rodney Hood before, during the 18-19 season.
I was noticing in game 1 of Clippers vs. Mavs that the Clippers would rarely put PG or Kawhi on Luka for any long stretches despite the fact both were clearly doing a better job defending him than the rest of the team. So I wanted to look up what the actual minutes breakdown was, and it's pretty much in line with what I expected. The crazy thing is in last night's blowout win, Giannis still defended Jimmy Butler for more minutes than PG and Kawhi defended Luka for in game 1.
Strange to me that the Clippers have 2 of the best wing defenders in the league and yet they don't want to put either of them on the other team's best player for long stretches. I understand fouls are an issue but that's why PG and Kawhi are stars - they're supposed to be able to do it all.
> "When the Bucks made the Holiday move Bogdan was not feeling becoming a 4th option and the money was impacted. Giannis pushed hard and wanted Bogdan on that team, I was also told that George Hill had been recruiting Bogdan before the Holiday trade."

Sounds like the Bucks completely botched this even outside the tampering allegations.
As initially reported by Shams, [Woj] (https://twitter.com/wojespn/status/1328557876999237632), and pick-based details from Shams.
More pick-based details TBA. Small update from David Aldridge.
> One of the three firsts Milwaukee is sending New Orleans in the Jrue Holiday trade is the Bucksβ first-rounder in Wednesdayβs draft (number 24 overall), per league sources. The Pelicans already have the 13th overall pick in the first round.
We knew Jrue Holiday and Eric Bledsoe were on the market, but weren't sure what a trade for these two players would look like. Jrue was also floated in talks with the 76ers, while Bledsoe was in speculation for a CP3 trade that never materialized.
Even if the picks are lottery protected, they're still quite valuable, and Jrue netting the Pelicans essentially what Paul George got the Thunder is an outstanding pull for the Pelicans, even with expected success by the Bucks in the near-future. Their first round picks are actually traded away and protected in 2022, 2023, and 2024. They have Indiana's first round pick (#24) in the 2020 draft, their own pick in the 2021 draft, then they have to wait until 2025 before they have their own pick again. Three first round picks implies it's probably the 2020 (confirmed), 2021, and 2025 picks.
It certainly looks like the Bucks are all-in, with Giannis, Middleton, and Holiday forming a really strong offensive/defensive core. It's likely this was a contingency move based on Giannis' extension decision.
Pelicans are going fairly heavy on youth, with extra first-round picks already from the Lakers (in the AD trade) and a young core of Zion/BI/Lonzo/Hayes. One must wonder how JJ Redick feels not being on a contender for the second year in a long time, since it's going to be him, Darius Miller, and Nicolo Melli surrounded by players on their rookie contracts (and the new acquisitions of Bledsoe/Hill). Also odd is how these new acquisitions will fit in with already established back court players in Ball, Redick, Hart, and NAW, or if they will be traded away in more moves.
Also, this trade continues the trend of starting-quality PGs getting traded, with CP3, Jrue, Bledsoe, and Hill already getting moved. Looks like teams are looking for a perfect guard fit for their teams and with these tra
