Hi I'm trying to plan a mountain biking trip for the NYE. I'm looking at either San Luis Obispo (Irish Hill, Montana de Oro) or La Grange (Exchequer bike park).
Does anyone know the trail condition? Is it muddy due to rainfall or is it dried out?
Thanks.
To clarify My question, isn't about the Pm's appointment system, I fully understand the democratic process.
I just find it absurd that in our "democracy", officials for these positions usually don't have a scooby on what is actually happening on the ground for these sections of society. For example the now ex-health secretary matt hancock, consistently lying to the public about test and trace, vaccinations of elderly leaving hospital and so on.., which lead to mismanagement of tax payer funds and poor management of a pandemic. Not really understanding the intricacies of health care in the UK. I understand its a big responsibility. Yet I feel a qualified medical expert would be able to communicate effectively what needs to happen and when, making educated & decisive decisions!
I am aware that the job role isn't about what you know per say, but more on how you communicate. But that's why we have a experience based assessment system in leadership of most companies/services!
I find it difficult to see how in the millions of people in health care in UK for example, not one holds the medical leadership, statistical and communication skills needed for a position like this!
Why do we rely on the pm's freinds (un-elected) for such pivotal and important roles?
We wouldnt appoint someone without military experience to general, so why do we do it in other aspects of government?
The Exchequer church is a vast mercantile cult based on the faith in equal value exchange. According to the churchβs teachings, everything in human relations is about value changing hands - going from one account into another. Thus, economics is the most important of human sciences.
The church is at its heart a bank running a trade empire. They concern themselves with making sure that all value exchanges between believers are done in accord with a strict code of equal exchange. According to the Exchequer To gain more from another person than is given is a grave sin. Over time such sin accrues in the soul, leading to a horrible reckoning in the next life.
The goal of the faithful is to give value to the universe through work, to make their life an equal exchange with the divine. The church keeps the tally of how much each believer has accrued. Since the universe does not treat people fairly in terms of birth or the events that transpire in life, each person does not owe the universe the same dept. The more power and wealth you have, the more is owed to the universe and to the church.
