[Warzone] Is the Frangible ammo type effective?

In game, it states the Frangible ammo type delays enemy healing. I was wondering if anyone has done any testing on this. One of the reasons to pick incendiary rounds is to prevent the enemy from plating straight away, and if Frangible offers something similar without any velocity or range cons, I think they'd be a very underrated attachment choice. It looks fairly common on WZRanked to be the least used ammo type.

Frangible. Why is it so OP?

Why is it even so effective. I think it’s Frangible anyway, the ammo type that fucks your entire vision when you get shot. Please remove these from the full game. I can deal with subsonic and FMJ, but god, these are so awful. It’s so hard to win a gunfight when jimbo with his Frangible ammo disables your motor and visual cortex with one bullet?

Thermites and frangible wounding

I feel like these two things keep ruining a lot of the fun for me. I dont mind having a crazy amount of flares scattered over the map in theory (it actually really adds to the chaotic atmosphere of these ww2 maps) but u cant see fuck all especially on smaller maps. Shipment is obviously designed for pure chaos but thermites on that is abysmal. I usually just have to leave after spawning in on top of one for the third time in a row. Frangible too is just a bit lame. "You won the gunfight, now... die" seems a bit broken and unfair and just ruins a lot of streaks for me personally.

What do you guys think? Am I being a knob or have you guys experienced similar.

[Bug] Frangible - Wounding attachment not selectable

With the integration of Vanguard weapons a few Modern Warfare attachments were renamed to match their VG equivalents. The Frangible - Wounding attachment was renamed to just Frangible, however it was also moved to the Ammunition attachment slot instead of the Perk slot:

https://preview.redd.it/lb4dubd1tt881.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=e2e2dc774a84dfe4ea954b1f347417cfed82c215

Because this slot does not exist for MW weapons the attachment can no longer be selected:

https://preview.redd.it/8ymgy272tt881.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=1fc781567e64fcb3aec1833c213e9b52a4acf3f4

As a result, challenges that require this specific attachment such as the Akimbo unlock for the M19 cannot be completed.

Workaround: Workaround: The attachment is still available on blueprints or custom mods that previously had it equipped, if you happen to have one.

Is the β€œFrangible Ammunition” attachment a vanguard thing?

Ever since vanguard dropped I’ve noticed that there’s a new attachment for guns; an ammunition attachment called β€œFrangible”. It’s different from the weapon perk and I can’t find it anywhere. I recently unlocked it for my MW AK-47 but it doesn’t show up. Now I just keep seeing the new attachment notification and I can never get rid of it. Is the ammo type a vanguard thing that somehow got into Modern Warfare?

[Warzone] Frangible Disabling Grau is the best Iron Trials gun

Frangible Disabling disables tac sprint and slows movement when shooting the leg. It only applies to HP (not armour) so normally it's useless. But on Iron Trials it's amazing. The last 250HP of shooting someone they're basically moving like a tortoise, it's awesome.

I use it on the Grau as it doesn't need an optic.

Give it a go it's very cool

Double time should absolutely counter Frangible.

Frangible altogether should just be removed entirely, but if the case turns out to be that activision or sledgehammer games want to keep Frangible in the game, then we should have at least an option to counter it, and double time should have that option. As for the stun effect, survival training should counter that as well. Either way, point is that Frangible absolutely needs to go and if it doesn’t go, we need something to counter it.

The frangible rounds need to be straight up removed from the game altogether.

They have zero reason to be in the game. They’re op as hell. It essentially stops whoever you’re shooting at from shooting back at all, because of the insane recoil/flinch it gives. It’s ridiculous. And it makes the enemies slower while you shoot them too. It’s the ultimate crutch for garbage players and it’s going to absolutely ruin the game when the full game releases and it can be used on any gun.

Chances of finding 5.56 nato frangible ammo?

I'm looking for 5.56 NATO frangible ammunition. My can is still in jail and I'd like to shoot it but the range requires frangible ammo to shoot 5.56 indoors.

Now, I don't recall seeing much on shelves. Anybody know where I'd even begin to look?
I'm in the Tacoma/Puyallup/Lacey area for stores.

Thanks all.
