So Greece's champion(s) must manage to get hold of the Marbles, bust them out of the British Museum and make it back to Athens with them. They can use any means necessary to do so.
There should be an event for Greece/Byzantium after successfully conquering the United Kingdom to take back the artifacts that are with the British and have a great parade in Athens.
And the British should have an option to loot more artifacts from other places if they're fascists.

Britain faces having to return the Elgin Marbles as part of a free trade deal with the European Union after Greece demanded a clause was inserted in the agreement.
A draft negotiating mandate circulated among European governments in Brussels today hardened EU demands in key traditional trade areas, particularly fishing, but also included the unexpected βreturn and restitutionβ line.
βThe parties should address issues relating to the return or restitution of unlawfully removed cultural objects to their country of origin,β said newly drafted text that will be signed off by EU governments next week.
