There were these herbal breath fresheners that were tiny and dark brown that came in a tiny tin. They were sold in health food stores and had foreign text/designs, but may have been Turkish or Indian or East Asian. They weren't a straight "mint", but may have had mint in the flavor mix. They were different than anything else I knew of, and were not SenSen, but may have had a licorice component.
What does everyone here use for breath freshener when doing IF?
I'd imagine much of the goto options are out, due to the use of sweeteners and therefore, calories. But not eating for many hours at a time, particularly during allergy season (which it is here) can make your breath smell somewhat funky. I'm curious to know what others use.

Like in all seriousness... I always bring a small pouch that has hand sanitizer, fabric freshener, Listerine, breath strips, lotion, a comb, and toothpicks/floss in case I need to freshen up.
