A list of puns related to "Disappearance of Heather Elvis"
I know this has been posted last year, but I just read about Heather Elvis's disappearance here and I was deeply intrigued by it. It oddly reminding me of the Talhotblond documentary that I watched at one point, which ended in a 22 year old man's death, due to a cyber love-triangle.
To people who don't know, but Heather had been in a relationship with Sidney Moorer, a married man in his thirties, while Heather was just in her twenties.
At one point, in the post, Sidney said that his relationship with Heather wasn't really a relationship, by posting this"
βHeather was not a βrelationship.β Heather was not a girlfriend. Heather was not a fling. Heather was not a mistress. Heather was a girl that chased me at work and traded oral sex for pumpkin spiced lattes.β
Sometime in October, the "relationship" between Sidney and Heather ended. Heather's roommate, Brianna said that it all blew up with Tammy, Sidney's wife, threatening Heather on November 1:
>βsomeoneβs about to get their aβ beat down.. your bβ is about to take his last breathβ¦ You can tell me where you are right now or I will find out another wayβ¦ that way wont have a great turn out for youβ¦ I am giving you one last chance to answer before we meet in person.. only one"
Tammy tried again to get a rise out of Heather:
>βIβve been having Sidney followed since Jan. 2012.. itβs best you call back and speak to me, save yourself. Hey β¦β¦ you ready to meet the MRS?β**
To which Heather replied with:
>βI think you are a little obsessed with me. Iβm nobody you need to worry about anymore.β
Tammy sends:
>βby the way dad no longer owns a phone.β
Heather responds with:
>.
On November, I guess she acknowledged Sidney cheating on his wife by retweeting this.
On Decemeber 17, Heather went on a date with someone, so I figure she had no intention of going back to Sidney, despite the multiple times she tried to call Sidney.
A timeline of events on December 18:
Heather Elvis was 20 yr old when she went missing. Tammy Moorer received 30 years for her kidnapping. Sidney Moorer is waiting for his 2nd trial. No one deserves to go missing or be kidnapped. Her family deserves closure and a place to put their daughter to rest

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disappearance_of_Heather_Elvis. This seems pretty obvious but proving it is another matter. Not seen mention of this case anywhere, surprisingly.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as this case seems to have garnered very little attention in /r/unresolvedmysteries.

As per posting guidelines, my discussion points are:
If police were so ready to charge the Moorers with murder back in February 2014 (citing evidence found on their property as probable cause), why have the charges since been dropped? The defense lawyer said there wasn't enough evidence to push the charge, so how on earth did investigators have probable cause to charge them in the first place?
How are there still kidnapping charges pending against Sidney Moorer? If the prosecution believes he kidnapped Heather, but didn't kill her, then where is she?? If the court made the decision to drop the murder charges, that must mean a lack of evidence. Where then did this evidence of kidnapping come from?
This week marks the 20th anniversary of the disappearance (and presumed kidnapping and murder) of 12 year old Heather Kullorn from a suburban St. Louis apartment.
From http://charleyproject.org/case/heather-nicole-kullorn
"Heather was staying with friends of her family, Dana Madden and Christopher Herbert, and babysitting their two-month-old baby in July 1999. She had been staying in their residence for about a week by July 15.
She was at the apartment in the 1600 block of Yale Avenue in Richmond Heights, Missouri during the overnight hours of July 15. Madden was working the night shift and the Herbert was not at home at the time.
A neighbor reported observing an unidentified man carrying a child Heather's age out of the apartment at approximately 2:00 a.m. that morning. The child's upper body was wrapped in a blanket. When authorities were called to the scene at 5:00 a.m., they discovered that a white comforter with a floral design was missing from the apartment along with Heather.
The baby was in the apartment alone and crying, and there was no sign of Heather, but a small amount of blood was found inside the residence. DNA testing linked the blood to Heather. She has never been heard from again.
Authorities announced they believed Heather was not a victim of random violence. They think the attacker(s) most likely knew her family or the friends she was staying with at the time. The investigation centered on a methamphetamine ring in Missouri. Evidence of a methamphetamine manufacturing lab was found in the Madden/Herbert apartment.
Investigators said Heather may have witnessed illegal drug activity in the apartment's garage and was abducted and presumably murdered as a result. They have a suspect in her case, but the individual hasn't been publicly identified.
Heather's mother, Christine Kullorn, had a verbal confrontation with Madden in April 2000, nine months after her daughter vanished. She was arrested after arguing with Madden during the latter's work shift at a local 7-11 convenience store in St. Louis.
Christine believes Madden and Herbert know more about her daughter's disappearance than they are telling. Herbert has given conflicting stories about his whereabouts at the time Heather disappeared; Madden was at work when she vanished.
Christine has been actively involved in Heather's case since the onset of the investigation and has never been considered a suspect. She says she believes her daughter will come home safe eventually.

... keep reading on reddit β‘Last night Dateline aired a Heather Elvis special and tonight 20/20 is doing the same. I'm not super familiar with her case but I've heard of it. Why two specials on her all of a sudden?
Normal mollie aged girl from SC goes missing. No body no blood no evidence or anything. Still looking for her to this day no leads ever.
