I just had to say it. Gorgeous women!
Saw someone else do this on another sub and I figured it'd be fun here.
Anyway, mine is beautiful, aggressive, complicated.

I'm looking at customs and I want the BMX/skateboard insoles and skateboarding is the only option? I have the BMX insoles and am wondering if there's a difference between the two?
Thanks
I'm 32, single. My mortgage is $650 a month including water, taxes and insurance (I got an amazing deal on a fixer upper.) I'm planning to put 20-30k into my new home. I don't have kids or anyone relying on me for money. Just a dog and No freeloading bf for once wooohoo!
Here's my deliemma: I have a "great" job now- pays 50k/year, 4 weeks PTO, some days I have no meetings, tons of free time, no micromanaging , and I get to help people. I'm frustrated with the "leadership" and my director *also part owner* is an old white dude with a racist streak, makes big promsies, and I think has early signs of dementia. He's talked about "making the role" whatever I want it to be, but I've been "pigeon hold" into a role thats really mundane, disorganzed, not stimulating ect. I've given LOTS of creative energy and effort to make the offering better, but leadership (company of only 15 people) is totally absent on the day to day. We are also running fully off of grant funding. For the most part I like my co-workers, I work remote 100%, it isn't stressul. It's just down right BORING and ideas are not receieved even if they say they are. I'm also the "rockstar" on the team. I still bring my best even though I'm 100% disengaged in the work. No benefits outside of awesome PTO, I eel I've learned and mastered all I could at this job and now its just time to coast.
I was just offered a job in an entirely new field starting at 80k/year. It will be hella stressful, I'll learn tons of new things, it's still remote but they'd want me to relocate at some point, full benefits. I'd be coming in as a "junior" as the role typically requires a Masters in business analytics and I'm a college drop out. Again, got lucky. It's going to set me up financially where I can pay my house off in 3-4 years, save tons of money, and become truly financially independent.
Ok...just typing all of this out now makes my choice seem a little obivous! However - I'd have to take a leap and I fear I'll look back and think man....there goes that cushy boring decent job and I traded it for a butt ton of stress....although..I've job hopped for 5 years and each time has been the best choice.
Anyone have some sage words or have similar relatable experience? Am I overthinking? Just take the job and give it a whirl?
UPDATE: Took the offer! thanks for the input - I've deduced the following from this post:
1: Fear of success is real. Fear of failure is real. But the fear of not trying is scarier than th

I ride in very rocky terrain, not much loamy soil where I live. Iβm on tubeless carbon rims running 25-30 psi.
On my last bike I bent one aluminum rim. So far no problems on the new carbons.
I work a decent paying job with my benefits paid for. I really donβt know what I do I barley do a thing. Iβve been getting a lot of messages on indeed saying I would be good for their job and they want to hire me. 70-100k offers. Way more than Iβm making now but Iβd actually have to work which I really donβt mind doing but Iβm coasting off the job I have.
My cycling glove arenβt cutting it- not enough padding in the palm, specifically where it meets the wrist. Looking for some tougher ones (maybe leather) that have a thick, padded palm, right at the apex of my wrist joints where we catch ourselves in a digger. MotoX?
Does anyone know why vans decided to use cheaper/lighter materials for their comfy cush model? I dont mind how they look and feel but i looked at my old comfy cush slip ons and they were worn out very differently then the orginal slip ons. I understand the why lites had light material but why thr comfy cush.

Hey everyone! So i absolutely adore and love my black Ultra Cush to use for work(I stand & walk a lot). But my local stores haven't been carrying them as much as before.
Please help so me and my feet are happier?
Thanks!
Should I even bother carrying a tube/pump anymore?
I recently had Cush core installed. Iβm wondering if I need an emergency tube and CO2 anymore? Prob canβt even get a tube in there. Thinking I could ride on the foam in case of emergency. Thoughts?
