I want to get to know burgundy but am priced out. Any recommendations on how to start getting to know the flavor profiles without breaking the bank?
In Champagne they use Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes to make champagne, and are renown for making some of the finest sparkling wines in the world. There’s another French region nearby—you may have heard of it—Burgundy— which specializes in wines using those very same grapes. And, many would argue that Burgundy has the best growing conditions and terroir in the world. So, that begs the question: why aren’t they making sparkling wines, as well?

Hi! My partner and I are getting married in June of 2022. We're a queer couple (i'm transmasculine) and I'll be wearing a suit. Both of us want me to wear burgundy, but I feel like it's impossible to find this color anywhere? Is it just the season? Does anyone have any recs for finding a suit like this besides going custom? I sadly can't afford something from Bindle & Keep or other similar custom suiters, but I also don't want the suit to be garbage or ambiguous amazon quality either. I won't have to worry about a large chest by the time we get married, so don't feel like you have to rec women's suits or anything, but I also don't mind them. Thanks!
I’ve been looking for a delicious steak marinade to use for a few years now. When I lived on the East Coast, Giant Eagle grocery store would marinade for free this wonderful Burgundy Wine marinade. Does anyone know of the following: 1. Spot in OC where you can get this marinade? 2. Butcher that will marinade steaks like this? 3. A legit recipe for this for me to make at home?
