A list of puns related to "British humour"
Got a few colleagues and acquantances from America.
I have found that using British humor (sometimes a little dark) is not taken very well and sometimes offends our American counterparts.
I was wondering the differences between the Brit experience to the American experience
- Fellow Brits in your dealings with Americans - what have they found offensive, but is well accepted British humour?
- Fellow Americans - what you found rude/offensive in your interactions with Brits and dont understand why it is a joke?
I've played the Monty Python games on PC, those were the only video games that had any Bristish humour in them.
I've heard people making arguments for the latter, but you'd think the language barrier would be an issue for someone French, Dutch, German, etc. And yes, I realise how multilingual continental Europe is. But I always assumed the former was closer to reality.
My book sides on British Humour. While not completely 'foreign', I do feel those in the USA may not quite "get it" nor the sarcasm, etc.
Should I mention "British couple" or the like on the blurb so readers will know ahead of purchase what to expect? Or just go for it as is.
What made the singing even better was the thick northern accent.
Do you think Ted Lasso is more British or American humour or the perfect blend of both?
Still Looking to fill a void left behind by a long term online friend, that's left me surplus to requirements. I'm a good listener and old enough (44) to have more than a few funny stories and life experiences, so that means I'm also in a position to offer a few words of wisdom or advice (I promise not from fortune cookies). I am quite opinionated, however I will respect your life choices , Oh and I have dry sarcastic humour :) Ide prefer to use snap but have other options too, also I don't mind the odd voice chat either. So if you are feeling desperate enough, HMU with any questions etc
This is a special 17 minute episode of a show created by Apes for your enjoyment this weekend. Thanks for your support of creative ape volunteers.
Part 1 (yeah we kinda created so much content this week, reddit can't handle it all in one video)
Part 2
A note from the director & 3D animator, u/GlassGoose4PSN:
>This episode is dedicated to all the π¬π§ British Apes out there, and all those who dream big dreams. This will be my final episode as director and animator for a while, as I have just recently been hired full time to do something amazing that I cannot pass up. It's been such a fun experience directing this show for you all as your 3D animator, motion capture artist, and voice of Diamon Haanz. Working on this show, making cool shit with my friends and crew members, has been one of the most rewarding and fun times I've ever had in my life.
>
>Please show your love and support for the crew, as the APENEWS project transitions from my 3D studio to a more crowdsourced crayon-powered 2D studio, with a new animation style for the next production, spearheaded by storyboard artist, animatic ape, and new 2D animator u/MisterSnarkle and supported by u/luma44, u/joncohenproducer, u/justkeeplaughing, u/artmagic95833 and the rest of the mod and director team, and all the creative volunteers in our sub and discord - I love you all so much.

>I encourage you as a viewer of this project, to consider supporting this unique independent free media project by being part of the team that makes this all happen at r/WeAreAPE. The project will always be open to new volunteers to donate their time and energy and love to the cause of educating and entertaining.
