Asking for recommendations for a very soft-sound, loving album to welcome a newborn to the world. Would prefer a somewhat popular artist so that I might occasionally hear a song "in the wild".
ETA: Would also love an album that came out in 2021!
Hi there y'all, first time poster. I remembered this somewhat popular song with this vocal melody that goes like this (I sloppily played it quick on my guitar as good as I could remember): https://drive.google.com/file/d/162OZxlRFkYbzW0PVBkdyrnl94fVyy69f/view?usp=drivesdk
What is this song??? Thanks yo I need this lmao
Edit: SOLVED New Soul by Yael Naim thank uuuu
Looking for songs that I can listen to when I'm sad over broken friendships or relationships. Still in the same mood musically and lyrically as Breathe by Taylor Swift
Breathe just came up on shuffle and I wonder if they ever talk at all. I know it's super unlikely that they'd ever work on a song again given Colbie doesn't seem to be rleasing much music, but I wonder if her and Taylor have even just said like "what's up?" to each other or checked in.
I have always found it funny that one of my favourite songs ever, Breathe, bills itself as a duet between Taylor and Colbie Caillat but I only hear Taylor's voice on the song. I have listened to the song a lot and I cannot for the life of me identify where Colbie is at all?
Unless she has literally an identical voice to Taylor so you can't tell them apart the only part of the song I could imagine Colbie appears in is when Taylor enunciates the word Breathe during the chorus, maybe Colbie is singing along with her. Does anyone know for certain?
Same deal with Soon You'll Get Better by Taylor Swift and The Chicks, yet I can't hear the chicks at all on it
I have always really hated every time I've had to listen to this song. It's so bland and boring and totally mediocre. Its nothing music. Its nothing nothing music. It's so inoffensive and repetitive it's like the sound of toilet paper.
I think this is the kind of music that should be played in a stadium toilet so that scores of unrelated members of the public can grab their ankles and strain out violent bowel movements while it plays in the background. This is what this music deserves3
I'm feeling very in love with my s/o, and I wanted to find some cute love songs to hear with him. I want to find those songs that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, like the song Bubbly and You and I from Ingrid Michaelson. Thanks in advance guys :)
I'm making a playlist of feel-good songs to start my day right every morning. If it sounds like it could be the end credit song of a kid's movie, it's probably the right vibe!
