Brad Leone is releasing his first cookbook. In this thread, feel free to discuss the contents of this cookbook, and also feel free to post evidence of your adventure in the kitchen with the cookbook in this thread. Also feel free to also post them in their own thread.
Brad Leone is a video host at Bon Appetit, after previously being the Test Kitchen Manager. He is most well known for his series, It’s Alive with Brad, where Brad learns about fermented and aged products, both through his experiments as well as interviewing producers of those products. He also hosted the series, It’s Alive: Going Places, a spin-off series where Brad, over the course of two seasons, explored different food practices in Texas and Hawaii.
Most recently he has started hosting a series called Taste Testers, a series where he tries different foods with various guest celebrities. He also hosted occasional episodes of From the Test Kitchen and Making Perfect.
Thoughts on Brad Leone’s 8” Cleaver? And recommendation for a better alternative in the same price range? Looking for a birthday present.
