Sorry, this is very specific but itβs a lot to Google to get confusing results...
I have family from IL coming in this weekend that wants to watch the Illinois game this Friday at 5:30 but the weather is going to be crummy. They also donβt want to go inside anywhere, so weβre looking at covered (preferably heated) patios that might get the BTN and put it on for us. I donβt have cable, but I know itβs SEC country so I have no idea if this is a normal channel to get in KC or not. Obviously I can find a way to stream it at home if need be, but want to at least try to find a spot around the Metro without calling every sports bar in a 20 mile radius. Anyone have any ideas?

Now I can watch the MSU demise π
The Big Ten Network showcased David Bell's first Big Ten touchdown grab back on Oct. 12, 2019. Purdue defeated Maryland 40-14 at Ross-Ade Stadium.
Bell finished the game with 9 catches, 138 yards and 2 touchdowns. It was the team's homecoming game, too. Was anyone in West Lafayette to witness the game in person?

Big 10 has a student network at universities for students to help produce/get experienced in broadcasting. UM has an Instagram page for theirs but Iβm having trouble finding any info for MSU. Big 10 website says to contact the video department at our schoolβs athletic department? Anyone have any information on this? Also, is it restricted to those in the journalism program?
YouTube TV is $65, Hulu TV is going up to $65 this December, and Sling feels like the cheapest option, but that's still $60 for these channels because you need to pay $45 for Orange & Blue to get ESPN, then $15 for the sports package to get Big Ten Network. Anyone have a cheaper approach they recommend? I would literally pay just for those two channels. Thanks.
Let's go Hawkeyes!!!!
Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone wanting to watch the game.
The Hawkeyes are the Cinderella story of the tournament taking on the top ranked Nittany Lions today. Iowa only won 2 games in the regular season but played everyone tough including Penn State. When they last met, Iowa held Penn State to their lowest goal total in a game all year. Penn State is the best team in the conference looking to keep it going against Iowa in the semi-finals of the tournament.
Find it on the Big Ten Network at 5ET before you switch over to watch Chicago vs Portland.
I'm not a member of the volleyball community, but I do enjoy watching it and many other "minor" sports (field hockey, lacrosse, rowing, ultimate, handball, etc...) and wanted to get others' reactions on this.
So the Big Ten Network has been posting "Top Games of the BTN Era" videos of fall non-CFB sports on their YouTube page since those sports were cancelled. I've loved them, even though my alma mater doesn't get very many posted since they either don't play them (men's soccer) or kinda suck (women's soccer, volleyball.) They did get a few field hockey games posted because they have had a couple of good years.
But since they've been posting more and more more volleyball games, I started noticing a trend. It felt like they were posting way more Minnesota, Nebraska, Penn State, and Wisconsin games than anything else. By like a lot. So I started keeping track...
With the two games they posted today (Neb v Minn and Wisc v Neb,) they're at 46 games posted...
I fully recognize that better teams would (and probably should) be featured more often, but this just strikes me as way overboard. I'm not asking the BTN to show bad games, I just findi it hard to believe that Ohio State hasn't had any games worth re-playing in that last 13 years.
It's finally happening!!! Saw Big Ten Network Network included in my guide this morning. It's currently offline, but the channel has a message saying it will be available on Sling Blue+Sports Extra on Thursday (the 22nd).
Channel 10 News just interviewed someone about the nation wide increase in rental costs, who stated he has no choice but to purchase a home instead as a solution, to which the reporter agreed is the best way around this issue.. ?! Wow. Thanks 10, not sure why millions of Australians didn't think of this.
This is the middle tier plan, in terms of pricing:

For us, it will result in enough savings to be a great change. Not sure how they handle spillover channels for B1G games or SEC if they use extra channels. Any additional info, please share.
Hey everyone! I don't know how many esports fans are on here, but I'm the analyst for the Nebraska League of Legends (a 5v5 "MOBA" computer game) team, and we're about to face off against Northwestern on the Big Ten Network! It's also streamed for free on their Twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/bigtennetwork. Thus far we haven't had the best luck this season (so far we're winless)... but so is Northwestern! Come support us if you'd like!

I'm a big college sports fan - just curious if anyone knows of a way to stream the Big Ten Network in Canada. Thanks in advance!
I can't find a stream for BTN anywhere. Anyone know where I could watch the finals?
