Are there musicians who started late? All those that I found who are great always started when they were young (already performing publicly by 7 to 17, I guess)
Some long boring information about me for context:
I've been playing some instruments very lightly since I was around 7 but I only decided to take music seriously two months ago when I turned 27. (I realized I love it so much and would even sacrifice having a relationship just to have time to practice:( I only got to purchase equipment I like recently since I didn't have money when I was younger.) My goal is to be a singer-songwriter-guitarist. Right now, I am focusing on mastering guitar (still at ear training so I can play on guitar all melodies in my head). But what I really want to be is a songwriter above all else (genre right now is pop/ballad). Hopefully, I'd be great at this by 40. Hence, I'm looking for great musicians who started a bit later in life to find some inspiration.
Side question: Any tips for me?

Hi. I'm in the life sciences, particularly molecular biology and life science. These two fields are broad. I'm particularly interested in certain topics in them.
For molecular biology, I'm interested in cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, nutrition and nutrigenomics, and exercise/sports/muscle science.
For food science, I'm interested in microbiology, innovation and product development, and agriculture biotech.
However, I don't want to miss out on the other topics and fields. So I'm making this post to see if there are people here in other fields that would like to form a casual journal club. The topics can be about anything as long as it interests you, be it genetics, computer science, linguistics, economics, fine arts, etc.
We can meet every week or so and we talk about a study or just news on a topic that interests us. Not everyone needs to talk. Afterwards, we can go our separate ways to meet again next time, or we can just hang out. We don't need to prepare any presentations. We can just talk. Our meetings can be in person or virtual.

I think we can stop analyzing that particular game as the pitch favors the home team to such a ridiculous extent that it's just not a valid measuring stick for any team that plays there.
I will be getting another wheelset for my bridge club geared toward the gravel and double track all over minnesota and wisconsin.

I've been binging the "27 Club" podcast, and it gave me some inspiration for a one-shot/limited run game after my current one wraps up; the players play the souls of dead rockers in the Rock-N-Roll Afterlife and have to deal with some sort of existential threat.
A quick google search tells me that Powerchords and Starchildren might have the vibe I'm looking for; do people have any experience with either? Any other suggestions? I'm most interested in games specifically themed around music and/or psychedelia, rather than taking a more generic/universal system like M&M, HERO, GURPS, Savage Worlds, FATE, etc. and bending it to my will.

My mom and I drove up from Cincinnati to see Kacey Musgraves at rocket mortgage field house in Cleveland, while we’re here we decided to stop at 27 club coffee. Guys, this place is ADORABLE. The coffee is amazing, the atmosphere is iconic and the staff are so friendly and sweet. Definitely recommend checking this out if you’re in town or even making a special trip
