Too soon. Dead from COVID at 31. His dad posted the updates: β[My son was] in good health and unvaccinated. I pray that no other family has to go through this.β You can still die from COVID if you are young and healthy. Don't take the chance. Get vaccinated.

Whenever I considered killing myself to escape my parents' abuse, I'd just recite my mantra "you don't deserve to die".
Ironically, now that they are old, hungry, covered in bedsores, and begging to be put out of their misery, I still have the same mantra.

Is life really about working 40-hour weeks to enjoy those precious weekends over and over again until you die?
I just turned 18, and as I understand it, being an adult means: working a meaningless and exhausting job 5 days a week to have enough money to pay my rent, and at the same time I have practically no time for relationships, hobbies or something else that makes life worth living. And weekends are just two days of stress when you try to get as much done as you can because you don't have time during the week.
Is it like that for everyone? Is there a way to NOT do this? What's the point?

What's the smallest UK hill you'll die on?
100% copied from the AskReddit thread, but a lot of those are America-oriented so thought I'd ask here.
For me, it's company/communal kettles. I refuse to use them, and I refuse any hot drinks that I haven't made myself because of them. They're always disgusting and I don't know how that happens! New office kettle? Minging within days. White and brown limescale, shit tasting boiled water. Yuck.

Why did Guitar Hero die and do you think it will ever return?
Guitar Hero (and Rock Band) might be, for me, the most replayable game(s) of all-time. I miss it terribly. I would buy it and play the hell out of it if they made a new one. I know there's the Clone Hero thing, but don't know much about it and don't have access to a guitar controller (I currently live in Cambodia).
So why did it die? People just got tired of it? Did they get too greedy with the business model? I played up through World Tour (I think) but not 5 or Live or whatever other ones were released after.
This is a game that I would LOVE to see make a comeback with a fresh coat of paint and some new features. It seems Activision* is done with it. Any chance they'd sell the rights or bring it back from the dead?
Edit: accidentally wrote Ubisoft instead of Activision.

EDIT 2: So I got banned from the subreddit for a day, apparently the mention of a hypothetical Neo KKK was too much for the mods.

What's the fastest way you've seen a game die?
I just played one of the worst games Ive ever gm'd, figured I'd rant a bit and hear some other stories of games that just flat out failed.
RPGs are one of my big hobbies, and my wife always says she wanted to play with me, but I never really played with her because she doesn't pay attention well. But finally she said she had a friend who wanted to play with her, so I wrote a campaign, helped them make characters, and we played for like 10 minutes and it was fun. Then I guess her friend sent her some drama, and she immediately lost interest in dnd, and it was weird because now I'm narrating what's in the next room and both players are on their phones seemingly not paying attention, and I didn't know how to stop playing without being an asshole. I politely asked everyone to put their phones away but they were like "it's fine, I'm paying attention" while also not responding to anything happening in the game. That was disappointing.
Anyway, what's a way that a game of yours shit the bed?

What hill will you die on?
You find yourself in a deep discussion about 41 seasons of survivor. Your speech will end with the phrase "Thank you for coming to me Ted talk."
What Survivor hill will you die on?
Here are a few of mine from recent seasons:
Michele deserved votes.
I am convinced there is a fan edit that exists (Topher Grace Star Wars style) that I could create to make Erika a satisfying winner and show her dominating the game. The vast majority of the season was edited to tell me why Xander and Deshawn lost, and didn't highlight the first female winner since F4 fire.
