A list of puns related to "Wiki Weapon"
Either as a new addition to the "Home" menu on the MFD, or possibly a sub-menu on the "Option" or "Game" menus. Theoretically it would have many nested sub-menus, for example;
-> Home
-> Wiki
-> Weapons
-> Missiles
-> Laser-Guided
My reasoning;
The game is currently lacking a lot of information about the things you fight, fight in, and fight with, in many different aspects. The little info cards displayed when you select a weapon or aircraft don't really offer much information and very little in the way of hard numbers. An in-game encyclopedia would do a lot to help new players get a handle on the basic features and roles of each weapon or airframe, and help more experienced players fine-tune their strategy to fully utilize the tools at their disposal. Even as an experienced player, I don't really know at what range I can expect my F-45 to get locked by a MAD-4 radar. I don't know which has the longer range, a Maverick or a Ballista. Which does more damage? What speed does the tanker fly at? What does DM mean on the RWR? Does the F-45 regain it's stealth after you use and drop stores on the wings? What is the best climb/glide/maneuvering speed for all 4 airframes? What weapons does the enemy cruiser have? How far can the SDB glide at different altitudes and speeds? Etc. Etc.
Gives the player something to do during long flights. VTOL VR isn't as bad as some other simulators, but there are stretches where you're at altitude, you have ALT and HDG autopilots on, enemies are too far away to start cataloguing on the targeting pod, and your jet is set up perfectly to your liking, so you just have to sit and wait. This has become a slightly bigger problem with the AH-94, as it's slow speed makes long transits very boring, especially for the gunner. If there was a wiki he could flip through on the MFD while he's waiting it would be pretty useful.
It would be extra cool if you could keep one MFD on the Wiki page, and when you locked onto a target it automatically went to their page on the wiki.
Trying to find more games that will give this feeling. Right now I've got Terraria and the Dark Souls games.
This idea was just discussed in this thread to a decent amount of interest, so I'd like to pitch it to the lot of you.
What I'm proposing is not a centralization of files, I'm no fan of the iTunes of 3d printed guns. What I'm proposing is a collective effort to catalog the information we have on the current status of projects in a federated wiki editable by all.
Think about half of the questions asked on this sub. Asking to compare two different models, asking where to find certain models, asking the difference between two printers, etc.
Not only would this declutter this subreddit, but it would provide newcomers & regulars a hub directing them from an info page to download pages.
We need a living breathing document on the current meta when it comes to this art, this hobby.
Something downloadable & replicable by anyone that visits the site, so that if one instance goes down another can spring up.
A number of people, myself included, would be ecstatic to be able to contribute information & collate sources. But that's where the ask comes in. The folks I've talked to don't have the technical skills, nor do I.
Are there folks out there that would be willing to volunteer their services to this cause?
Much love to you all - thanks for reading.
TLDR: Going from SS Rosetta (no weapon) to SS Rosetta (w/ weapon) is about a 33.2% increase in damage. Going from SS Rosetta (with weapon) to SSS Rosetta (w/ weapon) is about a 49.7% increase.
Seeing the other post about the physical team and Rosetta, I wanted to take a crack at the numbers myself. Since most meta-slaves will invariably pull Rosetta, I decided to instead calculate the effect that her signature weapon and SSS-rank will have on Alpha's one-round burst. Note that I have not actually tested any of this, so take all of this with a grain of salt.
Link to the Wiki: Here
This is what the calculator looks like. Note how there are multiple types of damage buffs and multiple types of resistances.
Note that \"additional\" on the wiki most likely translates to \"extra\" in-game
Using the damage calculator and resistance numbers for the trial-zone nightmare bosses on the CN wiki, I worked under the following assumptions:
SSS Alpha with 4 Fred/2 Darwin. Signature weapon is equipped, and slots 2 and 3 are resonated. I assumed an attack amount of 1800 and a skill multiplier of 3640%. This comes from a sword waveβs 340% multiplier in addition to a three-ping blue orbβs multiplier of 24%. This is multiplied over 10 sword waves, as that is how many an awakened Alpha with second-slot weapon resonance will have.
SSS Liv with 2 Phillip. No Da Vinci since that complicates things a bit.
Rosetta with 4 Leeuwenhoek/2 Catherine. Depending on the scenario she will either be SS or SSS, and have her signature weapon equipped.
Lets now look at all the buffs and debuffs that the physical team applies:
Alpha: I worked under the assumption that Darwin and Sakura were already at max damage stacks to simplify things.
Factor: | Buff/Debuff |
---|---|
SS and SSS passive | 10% physical damage up and 5% extra damage up |
Attacker bonus | 20% extra damage up |
Leader effect | 10% attack up |
Sakura (Signature weapon) | 20% physical damage up and 10% extra damage reduction from third-slot resonance. |
Fredrick | 15% extra damage reduction down, 15% extra damage up |
Darwin | 15% extra damage up |
Liv: Again, I opted to ignore Da Vinci in the calculation, as the application of it in a burst window can vary.
Factor: | Buff/Debuff |
---|---|
Philip | 10% phys |
Looking through the wiki and not only the unique weapons have their flavor text, but every type of weapon has a bit written about it that seems like it would be in the game. Are they in the game files somewhere?
For example the Hyperion sniper with Vladof barrel : "Your "best"! Losers always whine about their best. Winners go home and f*ck the prom queen." (displayed under the weapon image)
While some uniques/legendaries have the same flavor text copied, others have different text. Every game has most weapons described like this on the wiki
I've been nonstop googling, just want to know what stats can pop up on each piece of gear, would think it would be on a wiki somewhere. Want to actually hunt down epic gear that's worth keeping, but I'm not sure what engravings can appear on each piece.
Is there some wiki with weapons/tools status to compare?
Like compare the workshop bows with the blueprint ones or the pickaxes durability?
Title.
I currently have vit 63, str 35, skl 35, end 30, blt 18, arc 18. I have the 10+ Ludwig holy blade that I ran with the 9+ hunter axe and 9+ Evelyn/blunderbust. I just got all of the whirligig saw weapon types. Iβve read in most places that using Lost whirligig is best and build it with fire gems. I was wondering if there is a wiki that talks about best right handed weapons pairing? I donβt think the Ludwig and whirligig combo makes sense since theyβre both slow when transformed. Any recommendation with the whirligig pairing?
Here is a link for reference: https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Pipe_gun_(Fallout_76)#Level_50
When I look here at the mods I can apply to my pipe gun, and I look at accuracy, I see positive numbers in RED, and negative numbers in GREEN.
This doesn't seem to make any sense. I can't find a legend that explains how the table works (and lol if you google legend and anything involving the word fallout), and there seems to be nothing that explains, at all, how this table, or these stats work. I've even looked on youtube to see if anyone had made a video to explain it. Nope, nothing, nada.
So accuracy, does it mean it mean hip fire accuracy, or aimed? Maximum spread, or minimum spread, and why are positive values in red and negative values in green?
If I wanted a hip fire weapon, do I want all the green negative numbers, and if I want an aim down sights weapon, take all the red weapon, take all red numbers? If so, how is the standard long barrel better than any other?
Table Maketh No Sense, Yo. :(
Every time I start doing research on a new build, I encounter out of date info. Upon reading the comments, several weapon that look fun to play appear to have been nerfed into oblivion. And the fextralife wiki appears to be BADLY out of date or inaccurate in this regard.
So how do you find current info? Am I missing something?
Hey there. I'm new to game, I played prologue a bit. Everything quite understandable, but:

In any demonstration video from that channel, there plays a ?slowed? and ?calmer? version of the main TF2 theme, and i want to listen to it on its own.
https://scavengers.wiki/Weapons
We have updated most of the research requirements for each of the weapons as well as added raw weapons stats(what we have so far) to all the guns.
We are working on updating the research calculator google sheet and have included some of the info on each of the weapons pages for the Component, Material, then Raw Material requirements.
We also updated the research calculator you can check that out here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1p3Srwtv5GaZSaY0_p9rbnlkKrx5z7XFVq1F0dqe1JBA/edit?usp=sharing

We have damage, headshot multi, refire/fire rate(most guns), mag size, falloff start/end/multi, currently working on extracting reload speed so we can continue to work on Time To Kill(TTK) calculations.

We are missing the following:
If you would like to contribute your tested values please respond here or DM me on discord(Silarious#8598), I am also open to playing some matched just to test things.
Much more will be added to the wiki as we get access to more data and info, anyone can make edits to the wiki and we encourage you to also join our discord server.
