2F-DCK urinary and bladder issues? I've experienced burning sensation while peeing the morning after insufflating 20 mg, even though I was following harm-reduction practices, i.e. drinking lots of tea, not letting it settle. Is this only accidental?

EDIT: Don't get scared, this is likely just because I wanked it a bit too much. I only remembered that after writing the post.

Hi all, I know this has probably been asked before but I've experienced something disconcerting. Just a day after snorting 20mg of 2F, I've experienced burning during peeing. Truth be told, this is something I experience on a rare/occasional basis and it goes away on its own after a day or so - just the way it did in this case.

I took all the precautions to avoid this - I drank upwards of a liter of herbal teas during and after the experience and I was really peeing lots (in an attempt to "dilute" it and not let it settle inside my bladder, so to speak), so this way really an extreme form of harm-reduction, yet it has happened.

What is your opinion on this? Could this be just an "accident"?

Note: This was my second time using 2F, and I have no previous use of dissos or much drugs in general in the last 5 years.

EDIT: I was also fapping a few times just for fun, haha, to see how it would feel on a 2F... sometimes it happens after that too, so that may be "a confounding variable". Results: It was actually very difficult to cum and I had to wank it real hard, which might have done some irritation too. πŸ˜…

Will my ketamine usage cause bladder, organ or urinary damage?

I use k between 2-6x a month. I take a single 90-120mg dose IM, never redose, approximately every 4-10 days. I usually buy one gram and it lasts 2-4 weeks, and when I run out I don't buy any more for 1-4 weeks, averaging about 1 gram a month. I've been doing this for 4 years, strictly for spiritual growth and consciousness exploration. I don't crave it when I run out and have no problem putting it down when I need to.

Will this cause health problems? I'm mostly worried about bladder issues. From what I've seen, people who have bladder or organ problems usually use a gram or more a day for long periods of time, but I understand that the damage starts before you're aware of it.

When can I realistically expect urinary/bladder issues to improve?

Obligatory I know everyone is different lol, but I'm looking for a general timeline here. I still have a lot of urinary issues, including stress incontinence, dribbling before/after peeing, and not being able to fully empty my bladder at times. I am 3 months postpartum and I have a mild bladder prolapse. I've been doing pelvic floor PT for almost 2 months now, and while I've seen a lot of improvement, I seem to have plateaued with my progress. I was drunk at a wedding last night and had SO much stress incontinence that I saturated my pad and had pee on my tights all the way down to my knees!! Nobody could tell/knew but me but I was so humiliated and ashamed. When can I expect this bladder shit to get better? For anyone who has done pelvic floor PT, is it normal to have plateaus in progress?? TIA.

Weird bladder pressure/urinary retention

Hi all- I had a SA Abortion yesterday- I was only 5 weeks along. It was very quick and painless- I did have highest dose of sedation. They gave me antiobiotics beforehand to prevent infection. Last night I started to develop a weird sensation like I have to go to the bathroom, a weird lingering pressure that feels like it’s further up my vaginal canal. Almost like the beginning of a UTI or when you get water inside your vagina in the pool and it doesn’t all empty out?

It doesn’t hurt when I pee like a uti though, so I really don’t think it’s that. I do also have to push a little to empty my bladder and a little bit will come out .

Im so nervous that I’m in the beginning phases of experiencing some weird complications. Im going to get reevaluated next week to be safe, but has anyone experienced this before?

Female dog urinary incontinence/bladder crystals

Female dog; 4 years old (5 in Feb) Breed; red heeler (possibly lab mixed in) Weighs approx. 50lbs History of bladder stones, on prion rx, ear infections and food allergies also needs to have anal glands manually expressed regularly.

I have a vet appointment in a few hours but I wanted opinions. My dog last year was put on Royal Canin Hydrolyzed protein SO after battling constant ear infections while on Hill CD. Due to the pandemic it seems that there was a production delay in the manufacturing of the royal canin food (my vet couldn't even order it earlier this year). My vet advised for the interim to give my pup the Hydrolyzed protein formula for the time being. So for the last 3ish months that's all she's had. She did great, had an ear infection (I think she got some cat food that has chicken in it) but no bladder issues. I finally had found some of the Hydrolyzed SO formula at a local PetSmart about 2 weeks ago. Since the plan was to get her back on that when it became available again so I got it and started mixing it in to the regular hydrolyzed protein and she seemed fine until a few days ago. She started doing what we call the 'pee thing' where she tries to go several times. Which shes weird and if she has to poo then she will try to go about 3 times before realizing she actually has to poo instead of pee. But then over the last 3 days she's tried a bit more. This morning I woke up out of being in a deep sleep to her wimpering. So I take her out and she tried to pee 11 times. I stay up with her and she can't hold it in, she keeps leaking. I went to go clean her bed and it's covered in blood and urine. Does this mean that the time she went without the SO formula that her bladder could have been building up crystals and that she's just passing them? I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this. But like I said she has an appointment coming up soon.

Male cat, persistent urinary issues, suspected bladder cancer. Please help

MJ (stands for Muffin Junior, I wan't very good with naming pets as a kid) is a 13 year old male, neutered cat. Unsure of weight, but he's definitely lost weight in the last few months. Was a rescue kitten.

Over the last few months, MJ has had persistent urinary issues.
It started with us noticing he was squatting / attempting to pee A LOT, and the vets original diagnosis was a UTI.
We suspected he had anxiety, as he's always been a little anxious and a new cat had also moved in next door recently and gotten into plenty of fights with our other cat.
Just before all of this started, MJ was also diagnosed with early stage's of kidney issues, but his diet has been changed to a specific diet for kidney disease.

He's visited the vet about 7 times over the last 6 or so weeks.
Everything started going downhill about 2 weeks ago when we had to rush him to an after hours vet because of clear discomfort.
Long story short, he needed surgery to have a catheter put in. Since he was going to be under anesthetic, we also asked for them to do a scan / ultrasound.
In New Zealand, we're currently in a level 3 lockdown, so everything is a bit all over the place currently.
The scan was done last week, but we're still waiting on results.

So far, we know that his bloods and urine have come back clear.
No crystals, no infection.
He had been on a course of antibiotics a few weeks back when a UTI was suspected, but he's continues to have urinary issues even when tests come back as clear.
He has had a small amount of blood present over the last 2 weeks, but we can't tell whether it's in his urine. We can see that it'll occasionally stick to his penis, or that a small amount will drip out.

The vet has told us that his scans do show something, but we haven't been what it exactly is, aside from it being in his bladder. I assume we'll find out in the coming days.
All we know is that they suspect bladder cancer.

I have a few questions -

Firstly -
Today, he was struggling a lot. Squatting / trying to pee all over the place. The garden, out kitchen, our bed, everywhere. And he couldn't go. We rang the vet, and they where booked up till 3pm, they said if he hadn't peed by 3 to bring him in.
At around 12pm I noticed a small amount of dried blood at the tip of his penis, and pulled it out with some tweezers, hoping that would help.
He continued to try and pee until about 2pm, when he finally went under one of our cars, started licking hims

Micro biome in bladder and urinary tract - advice please

I have started to deal with bladder pain, which I believe will be diagnosed as interstitial cystitis.

I have been doing a lot of reading and in my particular case I’m being led to believe that hormonal fluctuations (particularly estrogen) are changing my microbiome and causing irritation.

My past experience has been that taking a general probiotic supplement has caused me more irritation and so I do not take any probiotics at this point. I believe the issue is related particularly to lactobacillus, but I’m not sure if I have too much or too little.

I’m also not sure which probiotic strains would be beneficial to me.

Can anyone share any information about this kind of thing?

YSK there is nothing to be ashamed of about urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control). It can be destigmatized by having more open talks with your friends, family, and/or doctor (if it affects your daily activity). Maybe they have the same issue? Talking about it can help your self-esteem.

Why YSK: Yes it can be embarrassing but it is a common problem. You may be able to get over the embarrassment by talking about it with others through any means you deem necessary. You may find it common amongst your family and friends.

According to the Mayo Clinic:

>The severity ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that's so sudden and strong you don't get to a toilet in time.
>
>Though it occurs more often as people get older, urinary incontinence isn't an inevitable consequence of aging. If urinary incontinence affects your daily activities, don't hesitate to see your doctor. For most people, simple lifestyle and dietary changes or medical care can treat symptoms of urinary incontinence.
>
>[Types of urinary incontinence include]
>
>Stress incontinence. Urine leaks when you exert pressure on your bladder by coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising or lifting something heavy.
>
>Urge incontinence. You have a sudden, intense urge to urinate followed by an involuntary loss of urine. You may need to urinate often, including throughout the night. Urge incontinence may be caused by a minor condition, such as infection, or a more severe condition such as a neurological disorder or diabetes.
>
>Overflow incontinence. You experience frequent or constant dribbling of urine due to a bladder that doesn't empty completely.
>
>Functional incontinence. A physical or mental impairment keeps you from making it to the toilet in time. For example, if you have severe arthritis, you may not be able to unbutton your pants quickly enough.
>
>Mixed incontinence. You experience more than one type of urinary incontinence β€” most often this refers to a combination of stress incontinence and urge incontinence.

Bladder/urinary issues (likely TMI)

I am currently 2 years post partum. Since my daughter was born via c section I have been having issues emptying my bladder (no incontinence, quite the contrary feels like I can’t pee). I was told during my pp check up that it was normal and that it should resolve over time. Because of COVID I have avoided going back to the midwifes for the same issue, but now at 2 years after I think that it should have resolved by now. Anyone else has had the same issue?

Has anyone had surgery for endo affecting their bladder or urinary system? Did your symptoms improve?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis via laparoscopy two years ago. I also had an endometrioma removed. Although there was a huge improvement to my pain, i developed bladder pain three months after surgery which hasn't gone away. After seeing a urogynecologist, I was told that my pain is either from scar tissue or more endometriosis.

More recently, I have started having blood in my urine, urine intermittency and hesitancy. I now have the option of having another laparoscopy and cystoscopy done together. Obviously, its something that needs a lot of consideration as I don't want to develop more pain. I also want to be as healthy as possible before the procedure (in terms of my physical and mental health).

If you've had these symptoms and had a laparoscopy/cystoscopy:

  1. How was your recovery?

  2. Is there anything you wished you knew before or after the procedure?

  3. Did your symptoms improve?

GBL : Bladder/Kidney/ Urinary symptoms

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else experienced any urinary symptoms from GBL?

After a weekend on GBL (maybe 6 hours Friday, 6 hours Saturday) I notice some mild kidney pain and increased urgency to urinate, getting up in the night etc, nothing crazy but mildly concerning nonetheless.

I used to do Ketamine a fair bit t on weekends for 3/4 years but drew a line under it due to similar symptoms, which may play a part.

I'm wondering if this may be due to GBL being more toxic than GHB, and I'm thinking that converting it may be better for the body and will get rid of any symptoms? I just haven't got round to converting it yet.

Does anyone have any similar experiences or further info on the topic?

I'm glad I'm discovered this drug and it has replaced alcohol for me, but I don't want to do any damage

thanks
