A list of puns related to "Uplands"
It's obvious half the posts and "players" are Upland shills who are promoting this game like it's God's gift. They post fake images like weight loss ads. Show me the screenshots of how much cash you spent to get to director or 2m net. No regular Joe is "strategically" playing so well and consistently to be making trades big enough to even get 1 piece of a main collection in a big city, even if they flipped property all day or purchased 100s of property early on. This post probably won't make it because it's too much hate.
?
Are there any upland billionaires yet? So far I've seen worth 300 - 400 million UPX players. Probably they are already billionaires if they would sell all they're properties. But is there any official billionaire? π€ π§
As I play this game I canβt help but see the way it visually represents the behind the scenes workings of blockchain technology.
It is a platform to introduce the masses to Web3 and blockchain.
Anyone agree?
Hello shooters. I'm writing my pal exam shortly and I want to pick up a decent 12-gauge pump-action for occasional use. My budget is $500. I'm open to a good source of used guns if anyone can recommend a shop in the Calgary area as well, but I would prefer new if possible.
Edit: any recommendations for shell length? This gun will only be used a few times a year. It will probably take down more clay pigeons than partridge or grouse. :-)
**What are your goals in Upland?**I'd love to know your goal/strategy for game play as it can give me ideas on what I should be aiming for? (is it to own all type properties for monthly UPX, to buy specific properties, to flip for USD, or holding on all properties and wait and see what happens in the upcoming months /years)

TL:DR - It is better to buy complete properties for the Spark Equivalent Price than navigate the uncertainties of the Spark rental market. To solve this pain point, I am selling completed properties at the Spark Equivalent Price (SPE).
Main Thesis:
Once you accumulate a certain wealth and some spark (minimum 0.1), it is time to build. Building with your own spark costs time or money or both. With the minimum allocation, my luxury ranch in NOLA has 416 days to go (ouch). I put most of my own Spark into Wrigleyville (Chicago), which goes much faster. I also have some completed buildings in Oakland.
If you are stuck waiting for a build to complete, then you must be thinking about renting but 1 spark is now roughly 1200 UPX per day. However, if you pay the money and that person pulls their spark early you will not get your UPX back. Even worse, there is a building boom and Spark is increasingly rare so the price will probably continue to climb. You will eventually be forced to return to the market as a property with an unfinished building cannot be sold. Prices peaked at around 3000 UPX per spark per week last year (ouch!).
A spark owner has their own pain points with Spark auctions. I need to get paid ahead of time or risk lending spark for no benefit. There is also the hassle of sending money through burner properties.
A better way is for aspiring homeowners or landlords to buy completed buildings at the Spark Equivalent Price. That price is the current spark rental price (1200 UPX per day) multiplied by the time to build plus the price of the property.
To solve this Pain Point for Pros, I am selling completed buildings at the Spark Equivalent point + community floor price. A townhouse takes 2800 Spark hours or over 108 days. The current spark rental is 1200 UPX meaning 130000 UPX for the spark alone. The floor in the region is around 15000. Add the 5% transaction fee and my three townhouses in Oakland are selling for 149,999 UPX.
1 - 5762 Walnut St, Oakland
2 - 6200 Thornhill Dr, Oakland
3 - 7319 Hillside Dr, Oakland
I help players with their pain points in Upland, so they can have a good experience and become a vibrant part of our community. All new players should use a referral code in order to get a 50% bonus for their first UPX purchase (distributed when they get promoted to an official Uplander). Mine is: https://r.upland.me/vvRg
Saw you helping a stuck car as well. Props to you guys, stay safe!
I watched a video from upland analysis talking about more whales coming to the game. This got me thinking, what level is a whale at? Iβve been fortunate enough to grow my account to a pretty large amount in my eyes, but to me Iβm thinking that whales are more in the multimillionaire range than just a single million.

I'm making notes to become a better player and would appreciate any knowledge you'd care to share to benefit myself and other players here as well.
Do you have any useful tips for that can help people just starting or wanting to grow on Upland.
I'll be sure to help others learn from what I picked up from you.
Thanks!
Greetings, r/Shotguns
Looking at purchasing my first 12ga shotgun to begin some casual (read: weekly or bi-monthly) clay-busting with the option to pursue pheasant and other small game as seasons allow. I'm working with a budget of $500-$700, brand-agnostic and tend towards more classic lines & styling in my equipment. I approach this with the full understanding that my budget puts me squarely in the world of Turkish-made guns, which doesn't concern me.
I'm an experienced air gunner (5+ years) and understand the importance of appropriate fit towards a pleasurable shooting experience. I don't have any appreciable experience with firearms. Rather than commit the cardinal sin of asking "what's the best," I'm seeking some recommendations and first-hand experiences.
What say you?
Hello everyone!
My name is Ceri and I am standing as one of the Welsh Labour candidates in the 2022 local council elections in Uplands. I am very keen to hear from you what some key issues are going forward and what would you like to see the council doing over the next term.
Happy to hear what you have to say and what you think Swansea Council should be doing here but I can also be reached via Facebook and instagram at ceri4uplands
Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year!

I have been playing for 1.5 weeks, now I am a Uplander. But what is the main purpose of the game? And can we change UPX to USD?
Short description by the Website:
Join the brand new NFT metaverse that is mapped to the real world and quickly becoming the largest and most dynamic blockchain-based economy in existence. Buy, sell and trade virtual properties mapped to real addresses. Build your dream house, start a virtual business and earn UPX coins or U.S. dollars by selling your NFT properties in a free and open marketplace. Make friends in Upland, make friends for life.
My description:
Itβs really free to play but i needet to play it for over 1.5 years and much luck to final achieve that i can sell my proberty in the ingame for 9$. Now i have like 15 properties. I would recommend to play every day the free treasure hunt. There you get daily free UPX. This is the currency of the game. Sure you can buy them but itβs really expensive. You get for the start 5000UPX freely but there are at the moment no Apartments left who get sold under 5800UPX. Also not really anymore free-to-play.
But i need to say the game development very good over the years. You got more events more landscapes more citys. Now you can build some Houses on your land and stake some SPARK (this is also a in game currency but much rarer) you can stale them on buildings. And will have later much more use when you can put some shops in your land who paying rent to you. This will come in the future.
You get sparks randome from treasures hunts
I know itβs not a top game. And gave me mostly a disappointed feeling for 3/4 of a year. Now i regret that i didnβt hold my first Landscapes. This are now selling for 30-40$.
I would still recommend it.
Here have a π₯ for that you read my hole text. Thx that you took this time for my post.
Hello!
I am completely new to this whole metaverse, NFT, Upland... Idk, it feels like a different language to me. I feel older than a 90 year old granny trying to understand how a smart phone works. This digital world is evolving too fast and I can't keep up while also being a student with exams coming at me all the time. But I want to understand this, I just don't know where to begin?
Please recommend me good sources to read about this. Or if someone is an expert, I'd love to hear a good explanation.
Had this the other day and it was great. Tasted like beer when my dad would give me sips as a kid.
Every-time Iβve gotten an email informing me that a player has made an offer on my property, it tells me to click a button to βaccept/denyβ the request, which is supposed to take me to Upland. When I click on the link and Upland opens up, nothing happens. Thereβs no menu for accepting/denying offers. Iβve tried it on the iOS using browser and app, and Iβve tried it on my PCβs desktop by clicking on the link in my email client and opening it in the web browser but nothing happens when upland opens. Is anyone else having this issue?
I have the latest version of upland on my iOS, so I donβt think it has anything to do with my app being out of date. Also, I find it odd that the Upland message box doesnβt show you notifications for personal offers that you received, they only seem to go to your personal email.
I recently got into Upland, how many of yaβll see this becoming immersive? Do you think this will continue to be a game with a hard to maneuver explorer. Or evolve into something more? And if you think it can grow into something more where do you see it going?
As for me, I see it as a very limited metaverse, I am hoping they build up current cities instead of opening more.
Let me know your ideas!
