A list of puns related to "Underwater Vision"
The lush cave is a big example of this the ceiling is gorgeous with the light berries but you can't even see the floor without night vision but night vision itself kill the beauty of the glow berry so i thought of a glass or something who allow us to brighten a little the cave like when we goes underwater
I use diopters myself since theyβre cheap and Iβm only a -1.25 and 1.5 which isnβt a bad prescription, but the downside is that if you donβt have your mask on, vision is blurry but while in the water itβs fine.
The water is see-through and looks really strange on Fallout 4. I want it to be the traditional murky appearance, but instead I'm getting this abomination. Please help!
Edit: Solution found! Scroll to bottom of original post, directly after the pictures, to see it. Headsup, this applies to NAC X users, but it may apply to you too depending on your weather mod and ENB settings.

Solution: If you have this issue: I FOUND THE PROBLEM! NAC X directly edits water, and that's what causes this issue. Disable Patch for ENB in the Settings Holotape and that will solve the issue; if for whatever strange reason it does not, don't fear. Simply extract the BA2 files from the original download with Bethesda Archive Extractor, delete the underwater filter texture or whatever it's called (something underwater), repackage them using Archive2.exe (or leave them loose, I haven't tried it but I assume it has a similar impact), and BOOM you got yourself perfectly functioning water, all the while still having an absolutely incredible weather mod compatible with your ENB of choice. I'm using a self-made hybrid between Film Workshop, PRC Premiere, and Ultimate Immersion preset for PRC. Results may vary, but I would assume this works for most ENB's regardless. If not, my suggestion is to instead use the latest version of NAC, set it to Climate > Hybrid in the settings holotape, and then install True Storms overtop. It isn't the same or as extensive as NAC X, but it sure as shit gives you some fantastic weather nonetheless.
Note: I am using NAC X, NOT NAC. The two are different; l00ping released his final mod, which is NAC X, and it does everything the original NAC does and so much more. After making the edits I suggested, I highly recommend giving it a download and a fair try, and showing love to the author if you like it! I cannot even put into words how much it adds and contributes while still maintaining fidelity to the feeling of Fallout 4. I urge you to at the very least look at the mod page just to see what I mean. Itβs impressive, to say the least. NAC X is available for Xbox One and PC. Sorry PS4 users :(
Since nightvision potions have been greatly reduced in its effect underwater. It would be good to introduce a underwater vision potion which would give you the effect of nightvision underwater (before it was changed)
Perhaps it could brewed using some new item dropped by squids or Drowned. Or maybe the tropical fish since it barely has any use atm.
I'm a student, I saw a bit of more or less empirical conversions of glasses prescriptions into diving masks prescriptions, however I'd like to read some specialized text on this topic.
Thank you

Edit 2: Also, whoever downvoted, fuck you for putting this lower in the trending page on the subreddit so that I wouldn't get help as quickly. :) Thankfully I resolved this on my own, so it doesn't matter. I just hope people with this same issue see this post and get the solution they're looking for. Thanks to everyone who genuinely provided advice and attempted to help, both here and to those helpful folks over on r/fo4.
