A few years ago I got a gift voucher for the tramcar restaurant, however it was taken off the tracks the weekend before I was booked in to use my voucher.
At the time it was implied that this was just temporary and we can use the voucher once they have done the necessary upgrades. Then covid hit.
During this time they did make contact to arrange a refund for vouchers, but they also always implied that it will be going back on track and we can use the voucher then so we decided to hold onto the voucher.
Earlier this year I decided it has been long enough and to get a refund. When I called the number on their website it said to send an email, which I did and got this automatic reply which again implies to me that they are planning on getting it back up and running.
A month later I had not had any reply from them so I sent another email and got this reply which implies it had now fully closed down. On their website all contact information has been removed and their office in Southbank has now closed. There is no way to contact them for a refund on our $180 voucher.
Does anyone know what is going on and how I can get a refund as literally a month before I got the email saying they were fully closed it was implied they will be getting back on track
