That was a bit more than a year ago I checked my cowculator and itβs my 365th day. I also convinced the other 4 people I live with to go vegan as well. I was 17 and iβm 18 now wish I had stopped being a hypocrite sooner but I think itβs ok to feel slightly accomplished now. So if anyone says that vegan circlejerking has no effect and respectability is key to vegan activism I donβt buy it. Thanks you wonderful circle jerkers :).
Iβm solo travelling the next couple of months, starting with a few weeks in Mexico. Iβm then heading to Guatemala, planning to base myself in Antigua, before heading to Costa Rica.
Iβm hoping to see Chitzen Itza when in Mexico (depending on Covid restrictions, either from Valladolid or Cancun). I heard Tikal is also amazing, but it seems tough to get to without extra risks (late night buses etc) from Guatemala City.
Anyone been and know if it is worth the extra effort, or if it is better focusing on Antigua?

I recently had this idea of a week featuring Tikal the Echidna and a Chao from the Sonic franchise. So, I made this pic in Source Filmmaker to see what my idea would look like.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Big. I like his inclusion on the team and he acts like a big brother to both Amy and Cream, but I think Tikal could had been a good addition too.
Like, there was no specific reason to put him with the girls, and they had the opportunity to make Team Rose a All-Girl team, and be like a Female counterpart to Team Sonic(since Cream was made to be Amy's sidekick like Tails is to Sonic). Since Rouge would be already in Team Dark, they could had choosed Tikal to fill the role.
Maybe the story would involve Sonic(on the journal paper) kidnapping various Chao(along with Chocola), instead of Froggy, and Tikal would meet with Amy and Cream, looking for them before Chaos got real mad.
