With the coronavirus pandemic on our hands, is anyone investing in the companies selling anti-bacterial lotions and sprays, or medical masks and gear?
Sadly, Purell is owned by the private company, GOJO, so we can't get that. However, Lysol is sold by Reckitt Benckiser Group ($RBGPF) so that's up for grabs.
What about companies that are selling medical masks and the like? Anyone looking into those for a quick buck?
The gold rush in the 1800's was one of the most notable era's in American history. A gold prospecting role would suit this game even though it's a few decades out.
- A great reason to form a posse, protecting your boundaries from thieving bastard PC's and NPC's.
- Gold panning along the myriad of beautiful river banks.
- A reason to actually go into caves with a pick and shovel and try your luck.
The pay dirt doesn't necessarily mean we have to get paid in gold we might find some small amounts of alluvial gold or gold dust that pays in $, if they put the right mechanics in the game we might get lucky and find a nugget that pays gold?
Imagine having an random area on the map that suddenly has a gold rush that would be some of the best online gaming ever fighting for claims etc.
I love fishing and trapping in this game and i would love to do some gold prospecting and panning in my spare time as well. its only a basic run down of the possibilities could be if R* get hold of it the sky is the limit. What do you think?

The actual gold rush started in 1848, which would have been more fitting, but the article says that a 2017 study attributes the recession free period starting in 1841. Might just be a coincidence, but I didn't think it would be. Maybe there's something more concrete about that date.
This along with the extended energy mags gone indicate those guns could get significant changes. The usual gold weapons are guns that got a new hopup that season. S3 it`s Flatline for anvils, Eva 8/G7 for double tap and CR for being a new weapon. Only the R301 got left behind to keep it 4 gold weapons only. S2 it was Alternator/RE 45 for disruptors and Mozambique/P2020 for hammers. S1 it was both the selectfire guns and. So basically they make certain guns have gold versions to test stuff out.
Now by mistake they shipped a patch with slightly modified energy guns saying they are making changes next season. 2 of the guns appear in the gold rush LTM. If they are getting gold versions they might have a normal version as a placeholder for both art (on the ground) and funcionallity but with a "golden" tag making them appear in the new mode.
What this means is that it`s likely those 2 will get the most significant changes next season. We dont know what it will be. If not the mag removal i`d say they are replacing turbochargers with something else. It would make sense as the S3 hop ups tend to have downsides as well as upsides unlike the S2 ones.
since i saw that the tekken boxes that the game gives you after clearing an entire run of the rush event EX chapter can drop tickets to the roullete of Paul, i have been farming the shit out of this event. and i ended up realising by curiosity something.
Right now, there's a support effect that halfs the AP consumption on the gold dungeon, for 8 AP you got 28,000 of gold.since i've already bought everything on the tekken exchange shop, i started to buy gold, and i did the maths to see if it was worth the grinding at least for the gold (because to be honest, grinding as much as i am doing for the tickets its really not that worth).
For 120 AP on the gold dungeon, you actually end up getting about the same amount of gold than 120 AP (a full run) on the rush event. Counting that i have limit breaked Jin 5 times, 98 Iori 3 times, and Armor King 5 times, i actually got the exact same amount of gold per run.
So, grinding for gold on the Tekken rush event its better, because you should able to limit break the fighters at max level just by grinding a couple times, and you will always get extra stuff like hex cores, extra gold, exp capsules, souls and souls dust, and even tickets for the roullete. And that counting on the half-ap fee bonus, on 3 days when that bonus is gone, you would get x2 the amount of gold than the gold dungeon.
Anyone notice Gold up over $6 bucks and Silver is getting crushed? Makes me wonder if I should have been buying gold? Anyone else shocked?
It seems that if I were in California long after the gold rush ended there in 1855, and found out about a similar gold rush in Australia beginning around 1890, I might be inclined to pack up and head to western Australia to seek my fortune, especially if I missed out on the first one. Did any Americans do this?

I spawned in solo in Gold Rush, I used my drone as basically my teammate to survive to the very end, and it came in clutch at scouting ahead so I could get first shot and win the game.

Yesterday I got my first 2,5k damage Badge, but it was in Gold Rush. The last few events didn't do this, so I was wondering if there was any specific reason for it
