Having a holiday party and considering either beef tenderloin (not wagyu) or getting American wagyu shoulder petite tender. Will be cutting into medallions after cooking either way. Is the wagyu worth it?
I only do calisthenics. The first picture is from 2 years ago. The second and third are from today. I havent been training for a long while and today i decided to seriously start again and focusing on fixing this muscle imbalance seems important.

Before taking that first picture, 2 years ago, I had been focusing on reaching the front lever for 2 months. All my exercises seem balanced: using both hands equally.
I tried posting a separate post for this but the automod kept removing: for low effort. Why? Its a medium length post
So yesterday I did my normal warm up and worked up to my working sets for the day. I had a alternating grip and on the supinated side when I locked out all the sudden I had this pain in my back armpit. No pops or anything just pain. Now I can't seem to deadlift or do a pull-up. I'm not too concerned since there's no black and blue and I'm not in pain only painful when I try to deadlift or pullup
I think that I'm not going to alternate grip anymore and do Hook grip .
While I'm healing up, what should I replace for pullups and deads in the UHF 5 week program?
I came across this pull up variation that has eliminated my pain. I have seen this asked about and posted about a few times, but there have been no good answers or solutions that i have tried. I came across this yesterday in the ACT training manual and thought I would share (it's a good resource on its own).

I'm having problem with my left side of my back. My right side have to compensate for some locked muscles in the left. I can't pinpoint which of the muscles of Teres minor, Teres major, Trapezius or Latissimus dorsi that does this.
Any advice on how to stretch away this?
