Stoup Puns

hey yall I just tossed together a quick chicken soup with:

- a pound of chicken (chicken "back" cut into segments, almost looks like thighs, less than $2 a pound)
- a can of chickpeas
- 5 or 6 stalks of scallion diced
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp better than bouillon chicken
- sprinkle of whole black pepper, whole cumin
- this yummy seafood soy sauce my roommate has
- idk maybe three coffee mugs of water

would 2 hours on high be enough to fully cook that chicken if not how much? I kind of seared it in a cast iron first to get the outside caramelized but def still left it mostly raw
