A list of puns related to "Soundscape"
I want to use some birds as ambient sound in my map, but I cant-t make it work, I've watched 3kliks videos and read the valve dev site but still, the problem remains.
I also tried using ambient generic but the sound only plays once, even after trying to make it loop with the flags options.
Nothing more to add
They have begun their closing-sale. Some decent vinyl still in the bins.
Could not recover from a bad 2020 due to COVID.
Good dudes, good shop.
soo, Kemet has a soundscape you can download for your gaming sessions. I noticed a very intersting description of the content on the website....
I like listening to soundscapes at work, but I wouldn't exactly call it meditation. After the loop stops I find it adds to my total meditation time. Is there a way to stop this?
So as the title said, I'm looking for rap that contrasts adept lyricism with sparse, bleak soundscapes. I can be flexible on the nature of the instrumentals (trap vs boom bap, etc), but I really like artists that make use of a lot of complex internal rhyme schemes (keeps me interested). The entirety of the album "I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside" by Earl Sweatshirt would be exactly the kind of style I'm looking for. Examples of stuff I already like:
Edit: Figured this might help; other genres music I'm into that might inform my tastes wrt this are doomgaze, ambient, dream pop, deathcore, and other adjacent sounds.
Thanks in advance for the help!

What if info_target doesn't activate env_soundscape? When you try to enter the zone of the entity itself, the line to the "Targets" come out from it, but the "targets" themselves do nothing.
In the sound position field, I specify the name of the target in the right place, but nothing happens when entering the target zone. am I doing something wrong? how to make env_soundscape work in the target zone

When the topic of Playboi Carti arises within hip-hop discussion, many will dismiss Carti's creative and artistic genius by citing mindless and meaningless lyrics coupled with atypical cadence and vocal inflexions, which they argue means he is trash. As a Carti fan myself, I found these comments to be well placed and understandable, but after much reflection upon this subject while laying in my bed late at night, I have realized where their thought process is flawed. The truth is, these neanderthals are simply too smooth-brained to understand the miracle that is Playboi Carti.
Playboi Carti transcends the typical musical soundscape by stripping down the necessary listening process and thus enabling the listener to have a raw, free-flowing, and emotional experience. Due to the simplistic lyrics in his songs, one does not have to actively listen to and attempt to interpret hidden meaning in what Carti is saying in his songs. Instead, they can divert that focus into hearing and immersing themselves into the instrumentals and overall sound of the song. And it is in this abstracted version of the listening experience that allows Carti's music to imbue a unique and enveloping experience. When listening to Playboi Carti, you aren't listening to someone rapping over a beat, you are listening to a pure and unadulterated amalgamation of instrumental and vocal performance. Carti's differing vocal tones in addition to his effortless lyrical performance allows for the listener to perceive his vocals as being one with the instrumental track, a sort of hypnotic harmony between the two. By keeping the lyrics simple, it means very little thought has to be put into understanding what Carti is saying, and the enthusiastic and emotional adlibs sprinkled throughout each song plunges the listener deeper into the musical experience Carti is conveying with each song. By discarding the one's expectations of what a song should be/sound like, and instead allowing yourself to sink into Carti's soundscape, one is able to fully tapp into listening to the sound of Carti's music, they are able to fully appreciate and understand the beauty of Carti, and are thrown headfirst into an entrancing and surreal listening experience.
Thank you.
