A list of puns related to "Solo Diving"
So yesterday I tripped for the first time, in what it turned out to be the most beautiful experience of my life. I feel like I want to write this report for myself, but I though it might be worth sharing with a like-minded community. Maybe you all can help me on how to make the best out of it during the following months :)
Background: I'm almost 30 and this was my first contact with psychedelics. I have done MDMA a couple of times, also weed (but never regularly) and usually drink shit-loads of alcohol. I am a hardcore Pink Floyd fanatic and one of my strongest motivations was to enjoy their albums tripping I've recently moved to a new country and have no one close enough here to share the experience so I decided to dive in solo, and I'm glad I did.
Dose*:* 3/4 of a 150 ug 1v-LSD tab.
Setting: My small apartment, a playlist with my favorite Pink Floyd albums and some fruits and snacks, and a notebook to take notes. Also my acoustic guitar at hand. I had also prepared a couple of Disney movies to play. I started on Saturday at noon.
12:15: I kept 15 min the tab sublingual and then swallow.
13:00: Playing guitar seems more interesting than normal, Sunlight is fucking bright, I lowered the blinds a bit.
13:15: Starting to have and general "I'm high" feeling. I feel a little bit of nausea, but it was very bearable.
13:40 Now I'm feeling kind of stoned. I just get stuck watching birds fly from my window, then just go to the sofa and chill. I feel like the nausea feeling is evolving into some kind of euphoria.
14:00 Here comes the come up. From this point I remember constantly through the rest of the trip a weird sensation in my chest. Like some pressure in the top of the stomach, as if I had just inhaled air, filled my lungs and stayed there with my chest full of air. I rationalized as my brain setting up a state of alertness because it didn't know what was going on. I also peed a lot, except for maybe the 2 h of peak. But in any case, from this point a sense of happiness developed hard. I was overwhelmed by al the beautiful things that I was seeing/listening to. Everything was fucking great.
14:05 Fucking hell, my plant is amazing. I moved it from the window (it was too fucking bright) to my table, so I could appreciate it more.
14:15 I start seeing patterns do weird shit. It is freaking amazing, I could stare for what seemed to be hours into the walls or the wooden floor.

... keep reading on reddit β‘Hey everyone, Iβm feeling very landlocked lately, so Iβm planning a solo dive trip for ~April or May next year (though Iβm flexible if thereβs a reason to go later).
I have a few ideas below but Iβm open to all suggestions - would love to just find a spot thatβs 1) safe for a woman in her 20s to travel to alone 2) social (I donβt need to be partying every night but I donβt want to be at a small resort with only families/couples) 3) has awesome diving. I only get to dive once a year or so, so I gotta make it count!
Considerations:
Blackbeards: Have heard a lot of great things about βcamping at seaβ (that title doesnβt bother me too much, I am working with a tight budget after all). My only concern is the diving - can anyone attest to if itβs good or not? I do love a good shark dive, but Iβm worried that the reef dives wonβt be as spectacular
Cozumel - Iβve heard the diving is great here so open to suggestions on where to stay/dive!
Roatan/Utila - Now Iβve heard Utila is very funβ¦is it worth going for only ~5-6 nights, or is it a spot people stay in for extended time? Whatβs it like traveling from the mainland?
Belize - Can anyone make a case for why I should go to Belize over the other locations?
And open to other suggestions! Iβm traveling from the US so as much as I would love to go to Southeast Asia, the flights are just out of my budget currently.
Felt like solo diving a level 15 to challenge myself a bit. I picked the easiest of the 3, bugs. I would take no distraction beacons, fail objectives on purpose as to no make things easier for myself. I select the planet and check the missions and oh boy... 2 mine sweep objectives, lots of escort survivors, bunch of Launchpads and surveys. Man it was quite dreadful, I ended up playing for an hour or so.
Hello everyone,
I am planning a solo diving trip to Sharm El Sheikh in the end of December, around NYE. Would be my first time in red sea, so quite excited about that!
I am SSI OWD certified and I plan to get few more certification before getting there (e.g. Nitrox) and I'll have done about 20-25 dives by the time of the trip.
I have few questions:
Thanks!
New guy here Iβve been wanting to check scuba diving off my bucket list since I was young. Iβm not certified and have never been diving unless you wanna count staying underwater in my pool for as long as I can with a pair of leaky goggles on. I was thinking last night about it, and was looking for some guidance to take a 5 day trip by myself somewhere, get some certifications, and dive as much and as possible. Has anyone ever done that? Are dive schools and tours a thing? Or should I just get a room somewhere and see what I can find.
Hello folks!
I want to ask about your opinions on solo diving (self reliance diving for some agencies). Does it makes sense to have an specialisation like that one? should be avoided at all costs?
I'm asking mostly for curiosity as I was doing a walkthrough around interesting and curious specialisations offered in the diving world.
what's your opinion?
Greetings everyone. I decided to jump into ORL solo discography since it became available on streaming platforms. I love βOmar Rodriguez-Lopez & John Fruscianteβ and βSepulcros De Mielβ. Stuff with Zach Hill is very interesting to me - βCryptomnesiaβ & βMantra Hiroshimaβ. I would like to hear more from Juan Alderete (I love his fretless work) & from Zach Hill. Where to head next?
Good day All,
can anyone point me in the right direction about dungeon diving build? I'm currently playing with boltcasters but i only managed to kill 1 player on about 10 attempts (yellow zones to practice) . Any suggestions please?
I like the idea of exploring deep into the dungeons in Norrath solo (due to other things in my life grouping is not ideal) but the traditional classes for this (enchanter and necromancer) donβt appeal to me. What are some other class ideas for deep dungeon soloing experience?
I got this tip from watching Adrian and it has make me win so many more solo dives.
The thing is that in low elo people will feel the pressure and try to atack you, this will get all of your minions to attack him and the enemy usually also burns their abilities while you dont have minion or tower aggro.
You will probably not use every game but is a little thing that can help you to make that lane winning play
Hello, simple question really. Im qualified as an SDI solo diver, I dive full redundancy setup, Divemaster, TDI Trimix, 500 dives ( so respectably experienced ). Would dive centres in say Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia etc allow me to pay for cylinder hire and boat fees and let me dive off the boat solo without a guide? Has anyone ever done this before? Has anyone done this for shore dives? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
P.S Before you comment, yes i know loads of divers frown upon the idea of solo of diving. But divers will always do it, including me.
Seems like every third post here is some version of this, and then some asshole in the comments is like "nah bruh gotta drop at least 800 to have full first trip bro I ate 13 triple dipped tabs this morning and barely feel it bro" (yes, I'm being hyperbolic). Still, LSD prohibition will never end at this rate.
When people said you can start dungeon diving with T 4.1 gear I didn't believe it. Got over my fears and tried it out, I mean what is there to lose??? I mean your 4.1 gear.. but its soo cheap that it doesn't really matter. The complete set cost me around ~150,000 silver @ Lym. Made a montage of it. FYI Dagger mastery is only at 70 mastery and 40 spec.. so you can def start ganking at that level. Got lucky and have gotten fat juicy loot before! Hope yall enjoy it.
We all know the feeling, you've almost cleared out all of oilrig as a solo when a bolty shot rings out and you hear 2 boats pull up and a bunch of footsteps....
With a diving tank you can just nope the fuck out, jump over the edge, go straight down and swim away for 10 minutes underwater.
Some will call it a bitch move but no one is taking my loot, especially not thirsty zergs coming to counter solo's on oilrig.
