A list of puns related to "Software Release Life Cycle"
For the new backers and others that do not know. Remember the game is still considered Pre-Alpha. It is still pretty outstanding to me that they allow backers to be part of a game so early on as I remember Beta Testing games in the 90's. Buh, were the 90's really that long ago?
The following link should provide some quick insight on software life cycles.

Since the only change to the Bitcoin Cash's code during the fork was to change the configuration of the blocksize and since that code had been running steadily for quite some time (and quite stable) should it be moved from Beta into Gamma or Release Candidate status? I don't think Bitcoin Core would qualify because the Segwit change was major and is relatively new and untested,
Have you ever evaluated QA success?
Software quality assurance is a crucial part of the software development process. It ensures that software products meet the set standards of quality in an organization. However, while software quality assurance is undoubtedly desirable, it can also be quite expensive.
This article will review how you can evaluate your quality assurance and provide a good return on your investment. But first, letβs see how QA influences software releases and why you may need to evaluate QA success.
A release cycle comprises different stages from development and testing to deployment and tracking. Long release cycles can be detrimental in very competitive markets. Thus, organizations often look to speed up their release cycles.
However, a focus on speed could lead to a decrease in the quality of the products. Nevertheless, by implementing best practices in software release management, you can shorten your release cycles without sacrificing quality. Here are some ways to do that.
Documenting release plans is a great way to ensure that everyone is on the same page. A release plan should contain your goals, quality expectations, and the roles of participants.
After documenting your release plans, ensure that all team members can access, reference, and easily update them as needed.
Automating manual and repetitive tasks can be a great way to speed up your release cycle while maintaining quality. QA automation frees up valuable human resources, which you can then reallocate to work on other high-priority tasks.
Some possibilities include automated regression testing, code quality checks, and security checks.
After assessing the state of your release process, create a regular release schedule.
Doing this will help create a routine system that your teams can get comfortable with. End users will also know when to expect updates and are more likely to engage with the latest releases.
Itβs often a good idea to have a short release cycle with small, frequent changes rather than a long one. Having a target release plan will help your teams work towards the release dates while achieving current goals in the release cycle.
Hidden bottlenecks in your release infrastructure could slow down the deployment process. Thus, you must optimize your

Just saw a person in LinkedIn with Chemical Engineer, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Circular Economy Integration at XXXX Company
Was wondering which methodology, standard, and software is used to have Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) assessed.
I am aware of US EPA E9-5711: βMandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases; Proposed Ruleβ any other standards?
There are two things one is CO2 production due to utilities other is CO2 production due to plant building itself and raw material. How to keep track of them?
Seriously been a while since I found some science fiction that got me to read it in a single sitting, not only an easy and smooth ride, but is super complex at the back, fully recommend and I wanted to share how prescient it seems, (small spoiler: althought not an integral part of the plot it even mentions a global recession due to a global flu pandemic, seriously awesome). It echoes my worries about the development of sentient AIs and their abuse, and I think is worth discussing, anyone that has read it, any thoughts about it?.
