A list of puns related to "Signoff"
Fred was my new suited-up boss from IBM, hired to oversee 3 groups. I headed one, the IT group. In addition to IT, I had to handle all the hardware, software, and maintenance paperwork for all 3 groups. Fred started by having one 1hr weekly meeting with each group, but after a month consolidated them into a 3+hr meeting. He insisted each person give a weekly summary, going around the table. 30+ people Half the worker-bees went zombie after their turn.
Fred became the black hole for signing off my paperwork, claiming I'd never given something to him. It would surface much later from a pile on his desk, usually a day or so before a contract was due or quote was going to expire. This put me at odds with the other group managers from time to time.
SO, starting sitting near the end at the meetings, and bring all the paperwork I needed to work on. At my turn I'd spend my first 5 minutes briefly explaining each document as I'd pass it too him, and the other manages would mark it in their meeting notes if it applied to them. Best use of my time. He couldn't weasel out and blame me, and the other managers would ask him the next meeting if he'd signed off on XYZ. Got to the point where he'd just sign it and pass it back to me.
Fred complained to me that I was being disrespectful to him, and it reflected in my pay non-raise that year. It was worth it! I ended up saving so much time! I earned the respect of all the other employees under him, and he only lasted a year before moving on anyway.
Looking at the online help, logbook gets exported as csv file. What about all the signatures from CFI/II and FAA examiners? Do they get exported?
The reason Iβm asking is what happens if Foreflight goes out if business or i stop paying for subscription.
So I had my initial consultation and everything seems good. However last year my mental health resulted in multiple hospitalisations (no psych inpatient stays) and alot of other stuff, the issues are still ongoing and are highly unlikely to be resolved any time soon. So. I need signoff from my psychiatrist.... Which I am quite worried about getting at this stage.
Soo I guess my question is, has anyone else been in this situation? What did you do? Did it work out?
I've been sneaking it into Code, Proposals and Excel files too.
The latest one was a shared doc, I didn't know everyone in the company would get the update notification showing I updated one cell to say "Random Corporation name" followed by "Anddd, Shoutout to their family" π
Nobody's acknowledged it yet, it's been almost 3 months now lmao βοΈβ€οΈ
Our org is looking at having employees (existing and new EEs upon hire) sign off on or attest to having read and understood particular policy documents. We would love to be able to do this through PS. It would also be great if there was a way to flag employees to re-sign at regular intervals, ie once per year. Is there any capability for this?
I think this is the source for the "city" drop, but I'm not 100% sure. Searching this sub, I found a reference to the BaD radio podcast ep #223, but it's not up on usaveit anymore. Can't find it on theunticket either.
I just remember it being a mess of "dallas... cowboys" and other awkwardness.
already impartial now. thanks
So what are those sign offs about and what would be a cool one for me? My name is Kalp Bhavsar
Is it possible to require a service signoff in order to close a job on a specific service board?
