I saw a "Late Night Seth Meyers" taping on Tuesday with Jeremy Irons and Hillary Duff. In between guests he took a bunch of questions from the audience (including my own), but he told a story to us related to a fond memory he had working 30 Rock.
Apparently while both he and Will Forte were working together on SNL, Will and an unnamed writer were working late into the night and had ordered Chinese Food. Due to it being late (around 3am) it was taking the delivery a long period of time and the writer was complaining about it constantly. When the order arrived, Will was so fed up that he took the food and dropped out the window....
A fun story that I thought should be shared!
Hillary Duff was on Late Night with Seth Meyers to promote her new show, but she briefly talked about her appearance on The Bachelor.
She said she’s been fascinated by the show for a really long time and that it was nice to be on set (they took her phone away) and watch like 75 producers running around. She said it’s like a “social experiment”.

Not Panel show specific, but as an American fan of British panel shows, James Acaster doing more and longer American press is so exciting!!
My painting was inspired by a conversation with Seth Meyers after a taping of his Late Night television show. I told him I would like to paint the Sea Captain for him but the Sea Captain seemed lonely. I asked which celebrity he would like to see as the "spouse" of the Sea Captain. Seth said "Rihanna, definitely Rihanna!"

He has had Tucker Rule and Atom Willard guest drum on his show, Laura Jane Grace promoted her book on there and he had Bartees Strange on as a musical guest just some time after he was a part of Signals V1. He also generally has musicians on that no other Late Night show does.
I know the band is friends with Paul Schneider and Vanessa Bayer's brother is in United Nations but can't find any connections for Seth Meyers.
Was he a part of the scene when he was younger or something? That or maybe he just has a good taste in music.
