[Review] Louis Vuitton Saintonge Monogram Noir from nTS-Aimi / Jing Factory - the LV Camera Bag you didn’t know existed

Hi RL! This is my first rep purchase and first review!! So excited to be part of this community and finally be able to accessorize like the it girl icon I couldn’t afford to be in my 20s. I was repfluenced by u/fullstuck on her gorgeous YSL camera bag (which, yes, I also immediately purchased from Aimi) and because I’m a camera bag ho, I had to have this LV one as well. Since I haven’t seenm many Saintonge bag reviews, here we go!

This bag is so gorgeous. It’s a lovely twist on the classic monogram and I love the pairing with black leather and gold hardware. You can dress it up or down. I’ve also never seen this bag in the wild which makes me feel unique when wearing it and less likely to be called out. Edit: I’m not a strict QCer, if I don’t see any crazy obvious flaws I’m good with a little variation to factory and auth :) as they say, comparison is the thief of joy!

QC-I would say this is a mid tier WOC, exactly what you would expect in this price range.

Reason for selling- I wanted to try this style before I paid nearly $400 the high tier, which I did end up doing. It is a great rep!

Hello, this will be my second review for a purchase from Nancy from the TS list. I received within a week of paying, received the purse today. https://imgur.com/gallery/bfCZLJ9 photos taken when I opened box today. This was purchased for $155 with $30 DHL shipping. As far as reviewing the purse and comparing to an authentic, I have not seen one in person, but the pictures from LV site and this purse I received, the similarities are very clear. This purse from Nancy is really spot on to the authentic one. What do you think? I would have to give this one a 9/10 for quality rating. Nancy as always has been a delight to deal with and I have not had any problems with her customer service. Nancy as a seller is a 10/10 for me. She's great so far. I have let Nancy know I received the bag and she has not made a reply as of yet.

I am Australian and 27 years old. Like I said this is my first post and my first review. I am a business woman and building my company has meant I have had to give up a lot of my “fun” spending money to invest back into building my business, which in the long run is worth it but fashion is my vice. However I work in a “people profession” and being dressed nicely matters to clients and makes me look more professional and "accomplished".

Until I met an older extremely wealthy and always perfectly dressed client I thought that not having cash to shop with meant missing out on having fun with fashion and how you dress. So here I am! Ecstatic that I can wear amazing designers and fun pieces I would never dream of buying. I love colour and buying authentics means one bag every year or two. Buying an authentic hot pink or bright yellow and trying to work it with every out fit is tough and not practical so looking forward to some dramatic “extra” purchases! That being said my first purchase is more classic and simple.

I’m so excited to have stumbled upon this site a few months ago (thanks to google result for replica bag! Hehee), and I just want to thank you all for every review and reference posts, every CCWs given on QC posts, and all the W2Cs shared! I’ve learnt so much over my short period of joining this subreddit and I just love how everyone is so helpful in this community!

With this, I would like to contribute my first post here (so nervous!!), pictures reference for an authentic Louis Vuitton Saintonge I recently helped a friend purchased in London.

LV Saintonge in Coquelicot (Red)

A few points to note on the stitching (if one were to nitpick):

• Double stitches at certain areas. Here & here.
• From the bottom view, the horizontal stitches across the bag (left-right) has straight stitching, whereas the vertical stitches (top-down) has slanted stitching (the hermes kind).
• Strap - slanted stitching throughout
• Top handle - slanted stitching throughout

I myself have been lusting over this cutie for awhile, but every time I browse it at the store, I just couldn’t justify the hefty price tag. It’s £1,250 for this little bag! The strap (not even adjustable) is quite flimsy in my opinion and even the leather used is not of great quality.

Also look at the QC issues - zoom in, zoom out! I feel so bad that I didn't QC the bag properly at the store (was rushing) and only to see the slightly lopsided stitching and the black glazing stain near it after I've brought it out of the country for my friend :( Luckily she's not bothered by it at all. Phew! I know it's not a deal breaker for some, but to have paid so much for this kind of quality... I say rock your AAAAA or 1:1 reps proudly ladies!

Anyway, I am thinking of getting a rep for this bag for myself and based on my research as a newbie, it seems Nancy and OC has good LV reps? Or has anyone bought this bag with good review mind to share their TS with me? :)

I paid $185 total ($155 + $30 shipping) and it shipped via DHL. I inquired May 17, paid May 17, got PSPs and GLed on May 19 and the bag arrived here on May 25th.

Quality: 9.25/10 I'm very pleased with this bag (as compared to my Marcia PM). There was a little bit of a smell on the packaging but the bag didn't require any airing out. I just stuck my face in it and I can't really smell anything except maybe a little leather smell? I started using it the day I got it. The construction is solid. The leather is nice and smooth (though some wrinkling is pictured, this seems to be unavoidable with the authentic as well, based on the videos I've watched). The shape of the bag is symmetrical and the stitching and stamping are clean. The lining inside is a satin-like material, very smooth. It's soft and malleable but holds its shape and sits up on its base even when empty. The zippers are a little stiff but they work just fine- no sticking or jamming. The handle is ever so slightly crimped on the right side (-.25) (when looking at it from the front) but it's not noticeable from the top and I hope it'll smooth over time. The one thing I noticed belatedly was that the back seems to have a line of demarcation where the canvas color shifts between two shades of brown. (-.5) I only noticed it in natural light in my car when I'd been carrying it for two days, plus it's on the side that's always against my body so this is not something other people will notice the way I have. I will continue to condition the canvas with my Fiebing's 4 Way Leather Care and hope it becomes even less noticeable.

Accuracy: 8.75/10 The stamping on the tassels is there on this rep but it is shallower than on the authentic and a hard to read (-.5). The tassels also hang so that the stamping doesn't face out but that also seems to happen on at least some of the authentics, too. I'm sure the hardware is a little off from the authentic but I absentmindedly took

I’ve recently placed an order with TS Heidi for a Louis Vuitton Saintonge. I’m still fairly new with the rep world and I seriously don’t know which seller/which factory has the best LV reps. I only ordered from Heidi because I was also buying a Chanel CF from 187 from her groupbuy special so that’s why I thought I might as well buy it from her since I could combine the shipping. She quoted me $200 for this bag.

Factory Photos First look at the factory photos I did notice some flaws (but not so major):

• font for stamping on front metal plate seems a bit thicker than auth
• stamping on bottom is also slightly deeper
• top row monogram on the back canvas seems tiny tiny bit off? (Maybe just me🤔) But I’m fine with these minor nitpicking flaws.

PSP Anyways, this morning Heidi sent through the PSP and it is quite disappointing.... the nitpicking things that I mentioned were still there, but no drama. However my main concern is the stamping on the bottom of mine is so deep that it even left the rectangular corners of the stamp onto the leather.

Ladies it would be appreciated if everyone could give me some advise on what I should do? Should I ask Heidi to see if she could exchange it for another one? I’m worried these factories don’t do exchange (that’s what I’ve been seeing in reviews). Or do you think I would be able to ask Heidi for a refund and look for another seller? TBH I don’t think I can live with my bag been like this 😭 Also can someone please kindly give me some opinion (quality etc) on this factory regarding to LV products? Heidi calls it Beizi, I tried matching up with the pictures in the factory directory, but I can’t find it.

I’m a noobie and please kindly excuse me if there’s mistakes with this post or the way I’ve QC this bag.

Have been seriously stalking this bag, and, have tried it on multiple times in the store

COMMUNICATION: 10/10 Extremely responsive, responds within 24 hours.

QUALITY: 10/10 No smell. The canvas is softer than my other bags, but that is true for the authentic version of this bag. It also has an authentic sheen that my prior bags haven't had.

ACCURACY: 8/10 Pattern, color and size seem correct. I haven’t taken any measurements, and don’t feel the need to. The lining is a satin material, I thought it should have been cotton? The embossed LV stamp on the bottom is upside down, facing the front instead of the back of the bag. It is very hard to photograph, and I didn’t check for this in the PSPs. Erica is a doll, and we’ve worked out a compensation. Otherwise, everything else sees spot on to me. Who’s going to be looking at the bottom of my bag anyway?

Erica is a gem to work with; the quality and pricing of her products are great, which is why she is my vendor of choice. When I notified her about the issue with the bottom of the bag, she owned the oversight and offered to exchange it, however we’ve agreed to a discount on a future order. I have no hesitation of doing continued business with her.

Communication 10/10 What I like about ordering from lee is it’s just seems so much easier, this is my second order from her, she’s very quick to reply to my messages even at early hours in China ! she posts videos and photos of all her orders on her instagram (Leepipabag)

Accuracy 8.5/10 I’ve noticed the Louis Vuitton on base of bag is a lot deeper than the authentic, the label inside the writing is abit thicker. Stamp on tassels is clean Overall shape and size looks pretty good although I haven’t measured this. The leather is nice and smooth and has a nice sheen. I have compared the print to my authentic wallet which I have had for 8 years, my wallet has more of a green tone but I actually prefer the replica colour more

Quality 9/10 This bag is such good quality, I don’t know why anyone would buy the authentic. The canvas feels nice and thick, The only reason not giving a 10 is because the zips are abit stiff but I think it will soften the more I use. I would quite happily walk into Louis Vuitton carrying this

Hello RepFriends! I've been lurking/involved in this lovely community for over a year and a half now, and it has really opened my eyes to the world of designer and luxury goods. But before then . . . oh my, I had absolutely no idea! And now, not only do I frequently see luxury items out in the wild, but I see unbranded dupes everywhere as well! I don't mean reps, but just the everyday, mainstream brands that are knocking off luxury designs, blatantly and with no shame. I've included some links below, so you can see what I mean.

So my question is: before you "knew" luxury, did you ever buy items just because you liked them, and now you realize they were based on a luxury design? No shade meant, just curious! I'm not judging anyone who buys these items; there's an item for every budget and taste out there. But for me, the obvious item in my closet is a pair of slingback heels bought at a chain "designer discount" type store: they're beige leather with a black cap toe; sound familiar? They should: I now realize they're "inspired" by the famous Chanel slingback pumps! I still wear and enjoy them, but when I bought them I was clueless that they were knocking off a designer item.

So what's the dupe(s) in your closet? Just for fun, no bad vibes or judgement here! :-) And do you still buy unbranded dupes, even with our access to reps?

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
