There is a plenty of sources that states that cones are used to see colors under well-lit conditions (photopic vision) and rods are used under low-light levels, because they're more sensitive (scotopic vision).
However, I can't find anything, whether rods are also used in good light conditions.

So I've got it apart to see how viable getting it repaired is (I'll get the modchip) only to find that using the cell testing instructions from the amnesia docs gives me wildly different results to the expected
Cell 13 (as in the doc) comes out at 47.8v Cell 1 comes out at 0.01 - 0.03v The cells in-between reduce by 3-4v as they go down (i.e 12 is 44.0, 11 is 40.2 and so on)
It seems I'm measuring the total voltage of all cells to that point (maybe). What am I missing?

Yang suffered major trauma to his head and his hands. He nearly died, but managed to survive after 60 stitches.
