RICO act makes it unlawful to acquire, operate, or receive income from an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity.
Racketeering is the act of acquiring a business through illegal activity, operating a business with illegally-derived income, or using a business to commit illegal acts.
The FBI are engaged in racketeering, when they break down the doors of journalists who do not conform to their political ideology, steal their property, and give it to the NYTimes who then profits from this abuse.
The NYTimes then publishes misleading "news" articles, further abusing the victim, and covering up for the FBI.
These two organizations are colluding, operating a business with illegally derived income, and using business to commit illegal acts. They provide monetary business incentive to obey them, and they kick in your door and shut your business down if you disobey.
How is this not racketeering and extortion?

The Self-Determination Act of 2021 extends the ability to Puerto Rico to decide its long-term territorial status, allowing them to opt for statehood, free association, or independence.
If PR were to vote in favor of independence from the US, what happens to the citizenship status of Puerto Ricans who moved to the mainland permanently? Sen. u/DueNYSenator proposes the act to give statehood to Puérto Rico. This bill has a lead in the senate and people of Puérto Rico have already started celebrating.
It will also make an impact on the Senate and Governor composition of USA. Most importantly 538 Electoral College will change.

##H.R. 46 ##Puerto Rico Admission Act
Whereas all American citizens should have representation at the state and federal levels of government
Whereas the 3.2 million American citizens residing in the territory of Puerto Rico currently lack aforementioned representation
Whereas the State of Dixie is the geographically closest neighbor to the territory of Puerto Rico
Whereas the State of Dixie is capable of accepting and supporting the territory of Puerto Rico as a part of the state,
Whereas the territory of Puerto Rico has demonstrated many times a willingness to join the Union,
Whereas cession is the most feasible way to admit the territory of Puerto Rico to the Union
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,*
Section I: Short Title
(a) This piece of legislation shall be referred to as the “Puerto Rico Admission Act”.
**Section II: Findings **
(a) The 2020 Puerto Rico statehood referendum finds that a majority of Puerto Ricans desire to be admitted to the Union.
(b) A 2019 Gallup Poll finds that a majority of Americans support the admission of Puerto Rico to the Union.
Section III:
(a) The territory of Puerto Rico shall be ceded to the State of Dixie upon passage of legislation by the Government of the State of Dixie accepting the cession of the territory.
(b) Not later than 30 days after the State of Dixie enacts legislation accepting the cession described in Section 3(a), and conditional upon Section 3(b)(i), the President of the United States shall issue a proclamation announcing such acceptance and declaring that the territory of Puerto Rico has been ceded to the State of Dixie.
> (i) The President of the United States shall only issue this proclamation if the State of Dixie has passed legislation which provides a plan to integrate the territory of Puerto Rico, including the redistricting of Congressional seats, the redistricting of state legislative seats, and the integration of state agencies with the appropriate territorial agencies, executive departments, and judicial courts.
Section IV: Implementation
(a) This act will go into effect immediately upon passage.

Pornhub origin story
Fabian Thylmann made user tracking software and became rich. He started buying up porn sites and eventually Pornhub for $140 million in 2010. He renamed it Manwin and got $362 million for Colbeck Capital for expansion at a steep cost (his words). It's a NYC based hedge run by former Goldman Sachs executives.
Redtube origin story
Founded by Austrian students Stefan Jager and Michael Polacek in 2006. Bernd Bergmair came in when Stefan wanted to leave the company and Michael needed to sell the site. Bergmair invested a lot and helped Redtube grow.
Pornhub+ Redtube = Mindgeek
In 2013, Bergmair ends up selling Redtube to Manwin. Fabian was in trouble for tax evasion and sold it to Manwin #2 Feras Antoon. Company renamed as MindGeek. The selling looks more like a M&A. Bergmair basically retained control of Redtube and eventually ended up as a majority stakeholder in MindGeek as well.

Michael Bowe is a high profile lawyer who is now going after Pornhub. He is helping Serena Fleites and another 40-50 victims to go after MindGeek.
He wants to use RICO act (used to bring down mafia orgs) to bring down MindGeek and is going to name Bernd Bergmair as a defendant. He however thinks that there might be more shadowy, wealthy people behind Bergmair himself. This is because Bowe thinks Bergmair is not wealthy enough to own such a big stake. He refers to the "Epstein world" of uber rich and uber powerful people who don't need Goldman Sachs and are off the grid.
