A list of puns related to "Remand"
Is counterspell just better?

I've got a [[Dreadhorde Arcanist]] on the battlefield, a [[Remand]] in hand, and, say, a [[Lightning Bolt]] in the graveyard, while my opponent has an [[Aether Vial]].
I attack with Arcanist, cast Bolt, Remand the Bolt (so that I can bolt a blocker my opponent puts into play with Vial). My opponent puts a creature into play, I bolt it. Does the bolt goes to the graveyard or to exile ?
Because of the "not the same object" thing, I would think the bolt should go to the graveyard (and I can then cast it again the next turn), but when I played this sequence on XMage it was exiled. Is it a bug on XMage, or did I misunderstand something in the rules ?
The COA docket shows Zell filed a motion for remand and to stay the appeal today.
Here's a link to Zell's copy.
I am a new player with 5 routes and 8 planes, i am not sure whether what i should do to make sure I am a profitable airline. Should i focus on buying more planes to fill the remaining demand or should I just buy one plane and make the remaining demand for each class 0, i don't have the A380 unlocked yet. I am currently buying more planes to make the remaining demand 0
If so, what will the States "defense" be?
More importantly, will Judge Flowers continue to obstruct KZ?
The video is on You Tube, title is "Fox 11 Footage through 11-15 - Steven Avery - Part 1" if the link doesn't work. At the 22:09 mark we see a few seconds of Avery Road and the shadow(s) the muppets are calling tire tracks.
I honestly can't see anyone outside the Avery Camp taking this seriously. Fuzzy pictures from fuzzy footage, a ridiculous story, with ridiculous details to try and sell it. But these are desperate times for the Avery Movement, and I suppose what a fool believes he sees is better than nothing, nothing at all.
So with the printing of [[counterspell]] coming up in MH2, and the recent banning of mystic sanctuary I'm in the process of completely rebuilding my Miracles deck from the ground up. I was wondering if anyone has tested remand in Miracles, i figured seen as you're working toward a hard wincon with jace or celestial beats, and the fact that remand can trigger terminus on your opponent's turn it seemed like a natural fit, however now with [[counterspell]] in the mix I'm not sure if I should even bother with [[remand]].
A recent housemate of mine has been told he has 20 days to vacate the premises after repeated complaints have been made about him due to his drinking and noise levels.
Due to his ex-girlfriend tipping off my landlord about him beating her up, the police were called and apprehended him. I did not witness this so I do not know what was said between them.
He is unpredictable and aggressive (he has made violent threats against everyone in the house). He was drunk when he was apprehended, is an alcoholic and has mental health issues (he told he is dependent upon several drug perscriptions). Should I find somewhere else to stay for the month, or is it unlikely he will be released from police custody?
UPDATE: My landlord has just told me he is now barred from the house and the police have said he cannot come back under any circumstances.
UPDATE 2: The police have been to the property to confirm that he is not allowed to set foot inside. I believe to due an outstanding warrant from within his home county he will be extradited there and as such was not even allowed to begin a tenancy elsewhere.
I have a service-connected back condition (spondylosis L5-S1) that was granted in 1999, inside of a year after I got out. Granted at 10%.
Fast forward to 2012. My back pain has gotten worse. File for an increase in 2012. Get bumped to 20% in 2013. However, I complained about a lot of other things that they denied and asked if I was trying to get a secondary connection for these. Had to have my VSO explain what they meant by secondary.
Since 2012, I have been trying to get the VA to acknowledge that the "back bone's connected to the...everything else bone."
Eventually, in 2019, I go before a Veteran's Law Judge at the BVA. The judge remands it to the regional office in 2020 for more evidence. I get a C&P Exam in 2020, and the doctor basically ignores me. All of my problems stem from two things: I'm a big guy and I had to wedge myself into a cramped corner to work for hours at a time. And for about a year and a half, the NCOs would take us on formation runs in boots and utes in the Arizona desert when there wasn't supposed to be any outdoor activity due to heat. I would regularly blackout, pass out, fall out, generally digging face first into the ground. That would happen, then the next day I'd have trouble standing up straight, moving my neck in any direction, lift my arms, walk without hobbling, etc. When I would get back from sick call, the NCOs would say I was faking and make me scrub the floors on my hands and knees all day, making my problem worse.
The C&P doc says, "What do you think caused your right shoulder to hurt?"
I'd explain the above things and mentioned that my back issue that's already service-connected and all these other problems we're going to talk about all stem from these same things.
"What do you think caused your left shoulder to hurt?"
The exact same thing that made the right shoulder hurt.
"Which is?"
Then I repeat the same story again.
"What do you think caused your neck to hurt?" Etc.
This exam went back to the BVA and the BVA remanded it again. The BVA said the examiner did not take into consideration "the Veteran's competent report of bilateral shoulder, bilateral hip, neck, right knee, and right heel disability."
I've had an MRI at the VA. The findings from the VA state that there is, in the area of L4-L5: โbilateral facet arthropathyโ and in the area of L5-S1: โMild facet arthropathy.โ I have a statement from a civilian doctor stating, โIf someone is suffering from facet joint pain in the lumbar spine
