Hi, I have had a family beach house my entire life in Rehoboth and am on the cusp of retiring. The Rehoboth/Lewes area is my top choice for a landing spot. That being said, I'd eventually like to open up an indoor & outdoor pickleball facility for clinics, drop-ins, court rentals, tournaments, leagues, etc. For those of you who live in the area year-round (and have for a while), do you think there would be an interest? Here in Northern Virginia, there aren't enough courts, so there is high demand for places like this. My guess is that it could be a really welcome facility in the Rehoboth/Lewes area.
