Has anyone tried Ratnagiri estate yeast anaerobic from bluetokai?
I've tried a few different brands and settled on blue tokai for a reliable cup of coffee. I use Hoffmann method for french presss and it seems to work well only for light roasts. There's this new seasonal light roast from Ratnagiri estate in bluetokai's producer series and I really really wanna try it because its supposed to have fruity flavours but it's only available in 200g packs.
Has anyone tried this before? How was your experience and what equipment did you use?
