A list of puns related to "Prostitution Of Children"
Listening to this briefly on the radio, they made it sound like this was some apocalyptic stuff.

I.e., their father was a lighteyes that had sex with said prostitute. Are they treated as lighteyes of a low dahn, darkeyes, or something else? Does having a lighteyed child increase one's station in life at all?
Season 2, EP 10.
Amos talks about bullies who exploit prostitutes but stop short of explaining what happens to the prostitute kids.
What does happen to them? Do the books tell the story?
I get the feeling that Amos is either one such child or somehow involved with the whole process.
Annoying
Are they not? If not by definition then at least by its nature. >Prostitution is the business or practice of engaging in sexual activity in exchange for payment.
If women aren't doing it for the money (like r/sexsells) then they're doing it for the attention aren't they? Whether prostitution is acceptable or not is a different discussion I'm not interested in. But why not call it for what it, in essence, is? Giving away your body, in image form, to complete strangers and some pretty creepy old men probably. And women are surprised when they're recognized? It's like rape. If you walk around in a ho's uniform (Chapelle reference) and get approached by unsavory characters chances go up you get raped. Obviously rape is wrong and the wrong-doer is the rapist, ppl have argued this ad nauseum, obviously true. But come on. You do something your conscience knows is wrong and you're surprised by the consequences? Then it got me into thinking, are some girls resorting to this way of making money because they face tough economic times? Sounds like prostitution. People are going to rationalize and justify every which way about freedom (partly to rationalize to ourselves it's okay to partake in) or why it's not prostitution. But I do believe if you argue the latter then you really are just lying to yourself. I think, not that deep down, we all know this.
On the flip side, this means all of us who keep staring at their material is also participating in prostitution does it not? Again, try to rationalize it away, but I'm sure everyone's conscience knows the same thing and we're just lying to ourselves to not feel guilty about it. That's truly human nature isn't it? Rationalize (ie lie) to ourselves why we do what we do when a different motivation is driving it. We know this, but we won't admit it.
Edit- for people still reading this thread, I've moved on from "practicing prostitution" to just practicing amateur pornography, more or less.
Large commercial building was broken into and is being used as a central hub for drugs and prostitution. I called the owner and he said he doesn't care. There's tons of people in the neighborhood causing trouble now. What can be done? Will police care since it's a private building?
For context, I am a (23 M) Asian/Caucasian who has struggled with the concept of sex for a long time. I am religious (though that does not influence my opinions on sex so much anymore) and have gone from a puritanical mindset to something ... I don't know, healthier. My current perspective, as a self-proclaimed feminist, is that sex work is absolutely a viable method to make a living, have fun, etc. but I am also faced with the realities that sex trafficking is a very real issue and that "No girl grows up wanting to be a pornstar." So with that in mind, please help me figure out the seemingly paradoxical dichotomy in relation to women and sex. Note: This is my favorite feminist subreddit hands down, but if this is out of outside of the scope for the subreddit I would really appreciate directions to a more appropriate space. Also, I am 100% not trolling, I would love some perspective.
