A list of puns related to "Pcx"
Hello,
I have owned my Honda PCX125 For a couple months now. The Battery dies regularly after not being used for a couple days.
I currently store the bike outside without a cover however my friends who also have bikes state that they store their bikes outside but never have such issues.
Wondering if anyone can help.
I want to try 3-HO-PCP, but am a little nervous just because DXM trips would always give me paranoid thoughts (although I think body feelings may factor into that), but I've never had any problems with nitrous or ket all the way to holing. Is the 3-HO-PCP energy more confidence-inspiring than anxiety inducing? Or do I just need to try it and find out?
Howdy! So a dear friend of mine's mother gave me this scooter as it wasn't being used anymore and I had expressed interest in it (and she was just happy to get it off the property honestly). So now I have a PCX 150, lightly used and in pretty good condition with a fair amount of time on my hands and zero dollars invested.
Naturally I wanna have some fun, learn some simple bike maintenance, and do some upgrades and mods since my expenses for this scoot are currently at $0 spent. I also want to keep it legal because once spring rolls around I'd like to get my license and ride it. Not looking to break the bank either though.
So! it seems like a fun winter project. I was thinking replace all the fluids, clean the whole thing really well, and then look into changing the rollers to something lighter (I need the better acceleration as I live in the mountains), replacing the exhaust cause the stock one isn't the prettiest, and maybe some basic aesthetic upgrades if I find anything I like.
I know of bore upgrades but that seems a bit outside of my skills and budget currently, unless it is easier and cheapier than I'm aware of (doubt it).
Anyone else also have a PCX and thus any must-have recommendations for upgrades to this scooter?
Edit: after further research i'm going to keep the transmission stock for now except swap out for 14g Dr Sliders and replace the belt. Leaving the engine as-is still, but I am a bit concerned with the suspension. I'm around 220 lbs and i've read that the PCX150 doesn't have great stock suspension, but i'm not sure where to go with that.
Can someone who drives a pcx and knows the bike in an out help me with this issue because its driving me crazy.
I bought my pcx from a dealership a few months back and at the time, the dashboard showed 32.4 miles per litre. After a few months of use, its gone down to 28.9 miles per litre. It's second hand, 1100 miles on the clock when I bought it. 20 plate.
I take care of my pcx, its my baby. I've changed the oil, coolant etc. I don't drive like a moron, I drive safely and stick to the speed limits. Sometimes I drive over 50mph+ when I hit the dual carriageway but majority of the time I stick to the speed limits.
Any idea why my miles per litre is decreasing because I haven't got a scooby. I've checked online and can't find anything. Any help would be great. Thanks
Not quite sure why it does this. It seems like the headphones just turn off after sound stops playing, then it takes a second for them to turn back on every single time. This only happens on USB but not when I plug in the standard audio cable.
Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but it's been a problem since I got them and it's annoying.
So, recently been having issues with my PCX, strangely when it's raining but I can't confirm if that's the only time
Basically, I've had a couple of moments where when idling, as soon as I add revs it bogs and dies. I cam sometimes gradually add revs and creep up to road speed, but if I add too much it will die.
Similarly, when I drop down below 20 it want to die. Roundabouts and junctions, I have to basically hold the brake and rev a little to keep it up.
Sometimes it doesn't want to start and idle either. Had a blip of this problem about a month ago, but it went back to normal until last week and gradually it's getting worse. Also like to add, I smacked into my dad's exhaust last week and have a bit of panel damage, so water may be getting to places it didn't before.
I'm thinking valve clearances are needing done, but am unsure if that would cause my problems. I've done 15k on it since I bought it, with 10k already on. I have never adjusted the valves.
I am going to have a go at the valves over the weekend anyway, as its a full strip job with it being a scooter. Looking for any other suggestions as to what might be wrong that I can check or do while I've got all the panels off.
Trying to hurry through my mod 2 and get a 650, but I'm still commuting on the 125 right now.
Any suggestions appreciated
Update - after almost getting off and leaving the bike during my 5th traffic light cut out on the way home, I popped the spark plug cover off and sprayed some WD. Same for the ignition coil. It ran straight away and didn't die instantly. Also tightened my spark plug as it seemed to have worked loose.
I'll leave it out in the rain now for a bit and give it a try, then do the WD if it dies again. If this works it'll be a grease up all contacts job when I'm doing my valves.
TL;DR
Is PG safe to consume?
I recently got interested in trying a benzo as some kind of landing gear after stim use. I was going to buy pellets/pills that are dosed at 3 mg of bromazolam. However, someone recommende that i buy powder instead so i can volumetricly dose. This person said pills from vendors are sometimes dosed significantly higher than advertised and said that a 1mg/ml solution would be a safer way of dosing.
I started researching how to make such a solution and found that benzo's and PCx's don't dissolve in water and that i should dissolve in alcohol or PG. When i started looking into PG i read conflicting things on it's safety profile. One vendor (A cosmetics company) said their PG was not meant for human consumption because it's toxic and causes cancer while another vendor (A vaping company of some sort) said it was not.
Would it be easier to just dissolve in alcohol (I have some 40% grain alcohol laying around) or would it be better to use PG mixed with water at a 1:9 ratio?
Boas,
Alguém conhece lojas on-line de peças de motociclo preferencialmente para Honda PCX que não seja tão caro comprar na marca?
E relativamente a bluethooth para instalar em capacetes, onde posso ver/comprar?
Obrigado.

I am strongly considering getting either a new Honda PCX or a Honda ADV. I have read about the slight spec differences between the two, but I am wondering why a person would purchase one over the other?
Some other background on me, I am a new rider. Just passed my MSF course and getting my endorsement. I live in the US in a large city. The scooter would be used for city riding.
Would be interested to learn about other riders experience, why you chose one over the other, and how it has worked out for you.
I recently gained an interest in bromazolam as a comedown tool after a rave and since the dosage is so small i figured now is a good time to learn how to volumetricly dose. After searching through the sub for a guide on this topic I understood I needed a few things but i had some questions.
If anyone has any other information or articles on how to properly volumetrically dose i would greatly appreciate this.
So Iβve owned a few different scooters that I tooled around on and have had a lot of fun, but itβs mostly been short jaunts to the store or around the neighborhood. Iβve recently gotten rid of my truck and Iβm thinking of buying a scooter to commute while I look for another passenger vehicle. Iβve currently got a Vino 125 that I bought as a fun project to ride around on the weekends, but seems like itβs going to need a lot more work than I expected. So I looked through local listings and found a 2018 pcx 150 with 10k miles on it listed for $2k. Owner says it has cosmetic scraps and scratches, but rides fine and heβs been using it to commute. Anyway, most of my riding time has been on 50ccβs on the weekends and Iβm curious if jumping up to a 150 as a commuter may be a bit much. My commute is mostly 35mph streets with a one mile stretch on a 50 mph road. Iβd prefer a 110-125cc, but there havenβt been any decent ones available in my area.
A buddy of mine has offered to sell me his 2014 Honda PCX for $1600. It has 8k total miles and although thereβs a couple cosmetic scratches, he says thereβs no problems other than having a new front tire installed.
As an individual who has never bought a motorcycle or ridden one, is this a good starter bike for me? And is $1600 a good price?
Iβm located and will be riding in San Francisco btw.
Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
