It's uncanny. Just to prove that Kitboga is doing great work, I wanted to say from the prospective of someone doing the honest version of what the scammers do, impossible customers like Edna can really crush the soul and make you rethink life. I hope the scammers are experiencing that x1000.
Luckily, when I hang up on a customer that literally can't be helped, I don't lose out on much of anything except a headache. 20 minutes is my max! I can't imagine 36 hours (Adam and Alex). Yeah, they deserve every ounce of that crushing feeling.
Website is stuck in an endless loop where it either wonโt accept my password reset credible, though they are correct. Or it sends me back to a password entry screen.
Iโve never filed before so I shouldnโt have an existing account and password.
Even if I DID have an account and password, I should be able to reset that password. The page either tells me that my info is wrong, or does nothing at all. Iโm guessing this is a tech or database issue.
Call center is โopenโ today since 8:30, but the voice prompt tells me otherwise. Been calling all morning and unable to file. Is there another lesser known number or department I can contact to get my login fixed or file?

Iโm using steam version of the game as I didnโt have access to my physical copy.
Iโm currently in civilization stage and every time I leave city planner the game crashes. I can spend as long as I want within the planner but the minute I leave itโs all over. Real pain because itโs now impossible for me to reach space stage, and since itโs new game I canโt just start in space stage.
Iโm running the game in compatibility mode for win xp package 3, on an MSI raider. Any tips or potential solutions would be much appreciated.

So I'm having a lot of issues installing Windows 10 to my new NVMe SSD. After three nightmarish days of trying everything I could think of, even going as far as buying a brand new mobo, I was finally able to get hold of the manufacturer's online tech team. For the sake of anonymity, I'll refer to the operator by the alias "Sally" and the company "Sallysung" or SS for short. So this is a short story about the utterly incompetent online tech team at Sallysung.
All conversations were pulled from the actual chat log between myself and Sally from Sallysung.
Everything started off great. I had a simple form to fill out; name, phone number, model and serial, etc. I felt confident that someone would be able to help me, as surely there'd be someone within the tech support office who would have the slightest inkling about how to resolve my issue, even if it wasn't the initial operator. And let's be honest, it almost certainly wouldn't be the initial operator, but that's okay. They'd be able to point me in the right direction.

[SS] I understand that you're having an issue with installing OS with the new SSD?
[SS] Are you trying to download it from Sallysung Website?
I'm not sure what she thinks I'm trying to download from the Sallysung Website, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and just begin explaining my issues. I've already got a nice, detailed wall of text sitting in notepad thanks to my earlier attempts at sending an email through web portal, which failed miserably as certain "crucial" drop-down boxes failed to populate. Even if Sally from Sallysung doesn't understand, surely she'll find someone with the technical expertise to assist me.

[SS] Please allow me 3 to 5 minutes to see what we can do.
After allowing three to five minutes to see what Sally from Sallysung can do, I get a response, presumably with the assistance of a supervisor.

That's fine. I'm guessing the supervisor is running Sally from Sallysung through the basic questions. Just standard protocol. All those questions have already been answered, however, and hopefully the assistant supervisor will understan
