Accidentally planted oilseed, what do I do with it?
I could keep playing and find out, since I already did it, but don't want to wait till the second harvest. I'm planting now, and from what I can tell, the radish only gave a 2% bonus. For most crops in most fields, I'd say that's not worth it. But I figured what the heck, I'll at least try it on my sugarcane to see if it helps at all. I was off season on my crop rotation, so figured no harm no foul.
Just wondering if anyone has tried to get the fertilization up to 100% using oilseed radish. I am talking about planting it, cultivating it in and re-planting it. I have not tried it myself yet, but if it works that could save some money. I also won't have a chance to try for a few days here but my curiosity has me wondering
If I've mulched the stubble from previous harvest the plant oilseed radish does the yield bonus from the mulching disappear for the next actual sellable crop?
I use a seeder / fertilizer combo (Pronto 9 DC). I was curious how this would interact with Oilseed Radish so I did some experiments on my fields.

Conclusion:
As we can see in case number 2, you will waste your Oilseed Radish benefit.
As we can see in case 4, you can not exceed 100% fertilization.
Context:
I'm not a farmer and I'm not familiar farming implements. The reason I am surprised by the outcome of case 2 is that I was under the impression seeders like the Pronto 9 DC would cultivate the grown Oilseed Radish into the field . In my mind, the decomposing Oilseed Radish + the Fertilizer from my seeding pass would equal 100% fertilization . . . but alas it does not.

previous games I had to wait until the tops were showing before cultivating again. my radishes are now dark green on the growth scale and have been for a few in game days but theres nothing showing out of the ground. is this enough or do I need to wait more?
The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Bill, which was approved by the lower house earlier, was approved by a voice vote in Rajya Sabha on 23rd September.
The amendments to the 6.5 decade-old law provides that stock holding limit on commodities will only be imposed under exceptional circumstances like national calamities, famine with a surge in prices. The Minister of Consumer Affairs said that the stock limit conditions imposed through the law were hindering investment in the agriculture infrastructure.
