Why did Nietzsche admire Napoleon I Bonaparte (Emperor of France [1804-1815])

Why did Nietzsche admire, praise and think of Napoleon Bonaparte as one of the historical figures closest to his Übermensch concept?

What if Germany was unified when Napoleon became emperor of France?

In our timeline Napoleon became French emperor and ran havoc through continental Europe. He defeated the Austrians, Prussians and steamrolled the dozens of various German states that were in the HRE. 1/3 of the army Napoleon used to invade Russia were Germans. But what if the Austrian empire, Prussia, and the various German states that remained in HRE were a unified and centralized country? Could a unified Germany have stopped Napoleon or would he still have conquered half of Europe? Also if Germany had won against Napoleon how would the peace treaty look like? And what would be the effects of a 70 years earlier unified Germany be on history?

In light of the recent destruction of a monarchy, what was the reaction in (post?)-revolutionary France when Napoleon was crowned Emperor?

Wouldn't the folks who only a few years back were engaged in radical anti-aristocratic revolution have been uncomfortable with their leader taking on such a traditional moniker as Emperor?

Had notions of egalitarianism been stymied at this point?

What political realities was Napoleon dealing with that led him to take on such a title?

Was the office intended to be a hereditary monarchy in perpetuity or some branch of a representative republican government?
