This is bad news for reporting in Thailand and the health of those in Chiang Mai. They did this during the H1N1 outbreak and no further cases were reported. Their reason was to βprotect tourism.β

The patient went on flight CZ660 from SFO to CAN (Guangzhou Baiyun) on Jan 14th, had a transit in Wuhan on Jan 15th, arrived at Tan Son Nhat Int'l on the 16th. Showed symptoms on the 27th, admitted to the Hospital of Tropical Diseases in HCM City on the 31st. He is tested positive on the 2nd of February. All the timestamps are in GMT +7.
