The fastest possible speed of sound (vα΅€) in condensed matter has been derived from fundamental physical constants. Expressed in terms of the fine structure constant (Ξ±), the proton-to-electron mass ratio (mβ/mβ), and the speed of light (c): vα΅€ = Ξ±c(2mβ/mβ)^(-Β½) β 36.1 km/s

Questions in regards to body mass ratio for highschool
So my team had to do the body mass ratio test thing where they get your height and weight and see you percentage of body fat I think. The requirement is to be 7% or higher. Iβm a lightweight as I want to go 106 but I weighed 107.4 and had 5% body fat. So I have to go to the doctors and get a slip so they know Iβm not starving myself. I literally eat as much as I want and donβt gain any weight so I really want to go 106 as I dont think Iβll do very good at 113. So will I even be allowed to wrestle 106? Like do they check to see your ratio before weigh ins or something and wonβt allow me to wrestle if Iβm under? If so I can guarantee I wonβt have a very good season

Ratios of supplies to Population Mass
So I finally have an okay city going. I had a mass die off to starvation twice, in the early days and then around year 16.
Does anyone have any educated numbers as to what amount of inventory a city needs to population mass?
For instance, I take the total number of Working Citizens ( THIS NUMBER / # / # ) and divide it by 2 to figure out how many houses I need.
Like how much food should I always have in that block per TOTAL NUMBER of People, how much tools, how much firewood, etc.
Does anyone have a table worked out with data?

ELI5 how can we observe light from the big bang 13.8 billion years later. Hasn't the light already passed us? How can we be "ahead" of this light as an object with mass to observe it if we cannot go faster than light?
I get that if we look at Mars, we will see Mars as it was 13min ago on average because of the time it took for the light to reach us. As for the big bang, I can't see how it is possible to see things 400 million years from it unless the expansion of the universe is faster than the speed of light. In other word, the matter of our galaxy traveled faster than the light?

Q: Shouldn't it be TMR? Thrust to Mass Ratio instead of thrust to weight ratio?
I mean, in freefall objects have no weight.
Weight: "the weight of an object is the force acting on the object due to gravity" wikipedia
They do however have a lot of mass, which is what needs to be moved. And thus the inertia remains to be overcome by thrust.
Otherwise orbiting vessels would have a TWR or infinity?
On the other hand, TWR is lower on Kerbin than for the same craft on Minmus. So 'weight' is definitely a factor.

Dark Matter and Mass to Light Ratios of Galaxies
I cannot find a clear answer for this question so I thought I would ask here.
If a galaxy contains a great deal of dark matter, then, compared to the mass-to-light ratio of the inner part, what will the mass-to-light ratio of the whole galaxy be?
The more I think about the problem, the more I go around in circles in my head and then wind up confusing myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Iβm light of Roe vs Wade, mass pregnancy tests should be given to women for free and vasectomies should be pushed on men.
We should consider the worst case scenario and whilst protesting, also push for βsolutionsβ. Such as but not limited to.
Encourage the guys in your life to get snipped.
And mass free pregnancy tests to be given to every woman so you can detect it early on.
Iβm not American but I will personally fly over and protest with you. Iβm sorry for American women.π
Edit: there are many brilliant actual solutions made on this top by many women in varying professional fields and lots of great posts on this sub. Iβm just adding two things I havenβt seen.
Also I donβt mean legally enforce vasectomy on guys, some people think I meant that. I do not.

PvP players, what is a good armor ratio (light/heavy/medium)?
I am trying to get into PvP but it is so confusing. I understand you can't afford to be as squishy as meta PvP builds running 7 pieces of light armor, but I don't know how much heavy armor I should be wearing.
Should I do 5 pieces of heavy and 2 pieces of light? Or should I go 5 heavy, 1 light, 1 medium? Or something else entirely?
For context, I am a magicka DPS templar planning to run spinners, magma incarnate, and war maiden. I am planning on using a destro staff and a sword/shield, but maybe I should use a resto staff in place of the destro?
Figuring the weapons out and this armor ratio should be the last piece of the puzzle before I'm ready to try PvP not using my PvE build for the first time - so any advice is appreciated.

Which has a higher water to mass ratio, a watermelon or an orange? (assuming equal weighing test samples)
! Solved !
I don't know if this belongs here, but the wife and I just can't seem to figure this out. It started out as a joke "There's more water in an orange than a watermelon, ya know" and after we thought about it we think it might be the orange because there's less actual 'meat' to it. Kinda like a ball of little water drops compared to a the watermelon's denser, meatier insides.
So our theory is that an equal amount of watermelon and oranges would show that the watermelons should have less room for water because of how the (90%) majority of the water is stored. At least that's what we came up with.
We were both high as a giraffe's hat when we fell into this rabbit hole, and I'm just an EE so this is way out of my realm of knowledge. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
