I had this pain in my lower left abdomen that has been coming and going for three days now, kind of near my groin. Here's a picture of me showing the precise location of the pain: https://imgur.com/a/30gRTAO. Also, it looks like I'm touching my right side because I took this picture in front of my mirror, but it's my left.
When the pain hits, it gets worse when taking deep breaths, crouching, bending over, and turning my stomach. It doesn't get worse with laughter or coughing, and there is no rebound tenderness. There is no nausea, no loss of appetite, no fever, and no other signs of peritonitis; yet, I do sometimes get gassy and have constipation, but I can pass it fine. At its worst, I would rate the pain 6/10, meaning I wince, have to sit in a certain position to reduce the pain, and it's hard to get my mind off of it. It's worse at night.
I have high suspicions it's diverticulitis, but I'm 22 years old and it's said to be very rare in young people, so my next suspicion is an ovarian cyst. I plan on making an appointment with my OB/GYN to get it checked out. I have no clue what this may be.
So basically I’ve been feeling this constant rectal/colon pressure all the time and I have developed some constipation. I’ve been on PEG and some Rabeprazole-Itopride combination for some time, it has helped but doesn’t solve the problem. It’s been difficult and I’m not able to sit outside anywhere at all. I never feel like I have emptied my bowels.
Most doctors are telling me it’s just constipation but I feel like it’s more. Has anyone got any experience with this? Is there anyway I can help this?

ABSTRACT Awareness of the human health benefits of blueberries is underpinned by a growing body of positive scientific evidence from human observational and clinical research, plus mechanistic research using animal and in vitro models. Blueberries contain a large number of phytochemicals, including abundant anthocyanin pigments. Of their various phytochemicals, anthocyanins probably make the greatest impact on blueberry health functionality. Epidemiological studies associate regular, moderate intake of blueberries and/or anthocyanins with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, death, and type 2 diabetes, and with improved weight maintenance and neuroprotection. These findings are supported by biomarker-based evidence from human clinical studies. Among the more important healthful aspects of blueberries are their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions and their beneficial effects on vascular and glucoregulatory function. Blueberry phytochemicals may affect gastrointestinal microflora and contribute to host health. These aspects have implications in degenerative diseases and conditions as well as the aging process. More evidence, and particularly human clinical evidence, is needed to better understand the potential for anthocyanin-rich blueberries to benefit public health. However, it is widely agreed that the regular consumption of tasty, ripe blueberries can be unconditionally recommended.

for me, it started growing with Temporal edict and was fully grown either when Veritas or Crisis Point first aired but I'd like to hear when you think that the show took a massive upswing in quality.
My favorite characters will always be the Picard crew, but my favorite ST show is DS9. Lower Decks is a close second and I do consider it canon. They fan love throughout the show is wonderful. I absolutely love how they make comments related to other shows, stories, events and so on.
Anyway, thanks to this sub for giving me the motivation to watch that show. I really didn't think it'd be good. I was completely and wonderfully surprised.

In December 2016, I started to experience acid reflux symptoms (heartburn, pain between the shoulders, bloating, difficultly swallowing, burping). I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia via endoscopy in June 2017. I was first prescribed lansoprazole, then ranitidine alongside, before switching to Omeprazole only in February 2018. I take 20mg twice daily.
In July 2018, I suddenly started experiencing loose stools, constipation, and severe abdominal pain. A faecal calprotectin test revealed raised levels. This test was repeated 4 weeks later following no NSAIDs and remained raised.
Since, I have begun experiencing joint pain. Blood tests have come back normal and I am booked in for a colonoscopy. However, recently as I was running out of Omeprazole, I was taking one dose a day as opposed to two and my bowels have been back to normal, and the joint pain improved although still present and my acid reflux symptoms have been worse. Is it possible that my Omeprazole is causing these symptoms?

Basically what's said in the title. Preferred would be a sci-fi -ish setup like in Arcane, where it's basically two different cities almost, with their own bars, shops, etc. all adjusted to the environment. a possible friendship between those two different worlds would be interesting aswell, like Caitlyn and Vi from Arcane or Adam and Eden from the movie Upside Down.
Incase what I demanded above is too specific, I would also appreciate non sci-fi ish pieces, maybe being set in the middle ages? For example a peasant in contrast to his liege/king or industrial age with a factory worker in contrast to the rich society celebrating at parties. Friendship between those two contrasting worlds would again be appreciated where one part maybe shows the other what living under his conditions look like.
Doesn't need to get too political btw, but can be, often it's part of the narrative anyways. I know there's not too many movies or series out there, featuring this phenomenon, but incase I missed one please let me know ^^
