I'm writing a book and my characters have to walk from flint to Llandudno following the shoreline in a day. I've put the journey into Google maps and it says it's possible, but I'll ask here just to check

Edit: thanks for all the responses! Just to clarify, the book is set in 1461, the characters are two men in their early 20s, ex soldiers, so pretty high fitness levels, so from what I've gathered, it would be more than possible for them to walk the distance. Diolch yn fawr

Hello Mr Zakian, my name is Seren. As a fluent Cymraeg speaker, I’d like to ask you what Plaid Cymru plan to do to protect the Welsh language?

That’s a very good question Seren, and I thank you for asking it. Plaid Cymru have always been the party of the Welsh language, and our manifesto contains clear plans to continue with this record. Plaid Cymru will establish a legal right for free transport to Welsh-medium schools, make healthcare more accessible to Cymraeg speakers by creating a new programme which will aim to ensure everyone who undergoes health and social care training will finish with pertinent Welsh language skills and create a Welsh Language agency.

Hello Mr Zakian, my name is Caden. I work as a dentist, and I’ve recently been struggling as there’s too much pressure on the dental service and I’ve had an excess of patients to try to help. What will you do to help me?

It’s a very important question. Plaid Cymru will fluoridate the water supply which will hopefully reduce the number of cavities people end up getting and in turn relieve the dental service of some of the pressure that it’s under. I’m also concerned, however, that the fact that you say that you’re struggling suggests that you’re being overworked. That’s not acceptable, and Plaid Cymru is committed to transitioning to a 4 day work week with no loss of pay so that people like you aren’t having to do excessive amounts of work.

Hi Mr Zakian, my name is Blodwen. I was off school with an illness for several weeks this year, and I’m now worried that I’ve missed a lot of material and that this will cause my GCSE results to be compromised. What will you do to help me?

I am very sympathetic with your situation, Blodwen. If I’m elected I will take this up with your school headteacher and your local authority to see what provisions can be made to get you up to speed with your learning and make sure that your illness doesn’t affect your GCSE results. Seems my options are either spend £84 for a rail ticket to Llandudno Junction or get a £50 National Express bus that has to go all the way to Birmingham. I know the geography of Wales is complicated but the price difference is just staggering in comparison to travel within England. Is there something I'm missing?

Edit: Found a train from Cardiff to BYC at £45 which is pretty good, on Trainline. still, any suggestions or things I might not know about are welcome

Could do with some local advice please! I’ve never been to Wales but for my birthday would like to go to one of the beaches. We’re staying in Chester so the train line seems to cover the three above and we wouldn’t want to be any further out than that. Which would you recommend for a nice sit on the beach and perhaps an arcade or two?
