I seem to have hit my peak (Genbu) with my main Asuka and at the moment I think it might be fun to try a new character. I also play Jack, Dragunov and Paul.
Lidia seems cool aesthetically and being Polish is not that common at all so I am intrigued by that too. Is she fun to play? Is she good?
Junior and Jonathan seem like far nicer, more reasonable, rational people than Pedro's mother & sister, who are both utter garbage pigs. It does seem like maybe Pedro's father is a bastard who doesn't want a relationship with his illegitimate children, but that shouldn't prevent Pedro from having a brotherly relationship with Junior & Jonathan (and their families).
Lidia is making it clear that she fucked a guy she didn't love a couple times for money. That's who she is. Those are her moral values on display for everyone to see.

No se si todos, pero muchos yo creo, hemos oído o experimentado lo terrible del Covid, ya sea por un amigo que se enfermó, el familiar de un amigo que estuvo grave, o simplemente una persona conocida que no lo superó, y por eso todas esas personas que dudan, y que pueden ser víctimas en el futuro, del virus al oír a gente así pone en riesgo su vida.
Yo se que es polémico el tema y espero no encender muchos los ánimos. De hecho como que agradezco que las opiniones aquí son usualmente bien respetuosas (cosa rara en estos tiempos en internet). I just watched the most recent episode where Pedro finally met up with his half-brothers and was able to get more of an understanding as to the life his father lived whilst he was a child. Let me just start by saying that I ADORE the fact that his brothers were welcoming and empathetic to Pedro and his feelings. Their level of understanding with regards to how Pedro’s situation is not his fault and how they wish things would have been different for him growing up is truly touching.
Lidia, on the other hand, seemingly couldn’t give less of a shit about Pedro’s feelings or his need for validation. The fact that she could look her son in the face during his journey to find himself and say he and his sister were mistakes? Seriously? Who in the hell does that? And you know what else? She was the one who decided to have not one, but TWO children with this man, despite claiming she never loved him or cared for him. Don’t get me wrong. Single motherhood is no easy task and I believe it is a woman’s right to choose what happens with her body, but to never take accountability of your own actions while telling your child how stupid he is to want to establish a relationship with another part of his family while also saying he was a mistake?! Diablesa!!
I’m sorry if she was hurt back in the day, but why be so MEAN and HEARTLESS to a son who just wants to untangle his own issues to be able to heal? She really makes me value Karen, because at the end of the day, Karen will always fight for her children and their happiness and don’t want them to live life feeling like an incomplete individual.

But then, a hand raises up in the video game sweatshop and a faint voice asks:

Some older game developers quit that day. They wanted video game violence, but this was too much for them. But the ones who stayed, they changed video game history.
For 25 years now the game has been going strong because of this simple but devastating fighting move. The dickjab. There's the Korean dickjab, backdashing and baiting out a high attack while jabbing them peeholes. The American dickjab, creating a false opening in pressure just to devastate the unsuspecting peehole. The fabled Japanese dickjab, relentlessly dashing forward until you obliterate the opponent's peehole just at the perfect moment.
And I know what you're thinking. "That's cool, but what does that have to do with Lidia or Bandai Namco calling us dickfaces?"
For that, we need some advanced math. The charasteristics of a dickjab are clear. It's a fast safe mid with great recovery that shows its true potential only against a moving or attacking opponent. It's very weak as a mixup tool, because you can block it standing or crouching. Also the high crush is a notable feature.
Does that sound familiar? Does it? No, because you're not thinking about it. The move I'm talking about is not just a generic d1. Paul's d1 is totally different. Why? Because his dickjab is actually df2! Sorry to blow your minds, but that's true. The reason why Paul's df2 is so devastating is that he actually goes low and aims for the peehole. The numbers don't lie, and neither do I.

Lidia had acted like she has no clue what Pedro is talking about in reference to their father. She knew she was the other woman the whole time. She said it’s ok because he would bring gifts and pay for things?! WTHolyF. Poor Pedro, he just realized his family is shady AF. ☹️😔

Can we confirm how old Lidia is? I keep seeing it floated around that she was 16 when she met Pedro Sr and he followed her home from school(high school, college...?) and other people have said that she was 18 due to tabloid articles where they give her age. So which is it?
If she was underage than her reaction to Alejandro bringing a suitcase full of gifts reads much more like a flashback to when her abuser would roll up with a truck full of gifts. It would alao explain her coldness to whole situation about their dad.

Am not sure if this guy was cheating or was legit has the best reaction I've ever seen, he was just staying in his place not moving at all and he parrid/blocked 90% of every unseeable low i did for like 10 matches, i was playing zafina seiryu rank he was lidia mighty ruler. In the most recent episode, Lidia kept saying that Pedro's dad would always have gifts for her and her family and gave her money. She also said she didn't want 2 different fathers for her kids. Do you think she made a deal with him? After he told her he was staying with his wife, maybe she told him "if you give me another baby, you don't have to do anything else for me/us". She's clearly materialistic, but I wouldn't put it past her to do something like that.
The way Lidia talked down to her own children trying to tell her they were traumatized by her and their father’s actions… honestly anything I liked about her (which wasn’t anything tbh) is gone. I felt bad even for Nicole when she cried. Lidia made the choice to have children with a man that no doubt had red flags regardless of if he was honest from the get-go… she refuses to see her mistakes and it’s shocking, she just thinks the “being with married men is a cycle” is normal and right?! Yikess, how is Pedro so well-adjusted?
If I buy Lidia does she have customization options to look like Makoto from Street Fighter? All she needs is a karate gi and I’m sure the default haircuts will suffice.
Or are there any Makoto mods for her?

i swear i thought steve's recorvery is crazy but her's just as insane , i feel like everytime i step FF2 or duck some her string and trying to launch her , she just immidiately block it
