A list of puns related to "Husky Stadium"
A train broke down northbound between UW Stadium and U District. We were told they need to bring another train to help move the stopped train and/or passengers.
About 30m after they stopped, it sounds like some of the passengers left the train and went into the tunnel and are walking north to U District station. Since people are walking in the tunnel, they can't run any trains. We're expecting service to be delayed for quite a while.

Update - 9:42 PM - we were just told by someone downtown (Westlake) that trains still aren't moving.
Another person shared their experience and some photos from the tunnels: https://twitter.com/UpStander18

I've heard rumors the Huskies aren't satisfied with their partnership with the city at Wade Stadium. Apparently they're looking into options in Hermantown, Proctor, and Superior. Does anyone know if there's any truth to this?

I gotta say, as someone who has multiple family members with MS and MD, and who has arthritic knees myself, it was fucking awesome to see SoundTransit so blatantly violating the Americans With Disabilities Act last night.
If you were in a walker or a wheelchair, than you were completely screwed if you needed to use the light rail last night and chose Husky Stadium as the start or stop of your trip.
Thank you, SoundTransit, for not apparently having any sort of emergency plan in place in case a scenario like this happened, even though the Americans with Disabilities Act says you have to.
If the escalators were down, as they were Saturday night, then you needed to spend whatever was necessary to get an elevator repair crew in Sunday to fix those when they went down, or have vans ready to drive handicapped people to/from Husky Stadium to the Capitol Hill Station.
Seriously, everyone at SoundTransit can go fuck off for shit like this.
Keep that in mind when you're taking deliveries in the U district. Good luck out there.
Traffic will start probably being heavy around 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon til gametime at 5. Willl also be busy probably after about 8:00-8:30 til at least 10:30 at night. So remember that when accepting orders tomorrow in the U district.
I am an incoming freshman, with a quick question about seating. So my parents are going to the game on the 25th vs CAL. They bought me a ticket to go, forgetting that I would have bought my own to sit with the students rather than up near the top with them. So my question is, is there a student section of bleachers or non assigned seats where I could go after using my other ticket to get inside the stadium?
I haven't been to an away game since our final trip to the old Uw stadium, and I happen to be in Seattle the weekend we play them this year.
Have any of you been up there recently? I read that section 101 is the visitor section, are there other sections nearby that are going to be likely full of fellow Ducks? I'm going alone so I'd prefer to not be entirely surrounded by husky fans but I don't know which section to look for a ticket in.
Also, do they tend to do fireworks at/after their games? I don't mind stadium noise but I have a think around loud fireworks.
Thanks, Go Ducks!

This USC fan comes in peace! Honestly, if you want to beat us so badly we fire our coach that's fine by me.
My family and I are coming up to Seattle for our first UW game. What are some things at the stadium we should make sure not to miss? What are some of your favorite Husky traditions? What are some good Seattle activities for kids?
Thanks in advance! I can't wait to see your beautiful stadium for the first time.
Edit: You All are awesome. Thanks so much.
Any of you make it down to a USC game and want some bbq let me know. I have a fixed tailgate location every year and will be glad to share.
And UW Crew had a good idea:

I'd like to do some track workouts, but sadly the only outdoor track on the peninsula is at Husky Stadium. With restrictions easing up, I'm wondering what the status of the facility is.
I've tried checking the smu website but all the info is really outdated and only concerned with rentals. Nothing else mentioned regarding days, if any, the track is open to the public, schedule, COVID, etc.
