[EVENT] Hungarian Loyalist Army Prepares for Battle in Slovakia
We worry too much for the people of Slovakia, the time has come to act, recent events such as constructions of gulags and concentration camps have begun to raise a big red flag in our nation. TIL I learned that an art historian watching the movie Stuart Little in 2009 recognized a prop in the background as a lost painting by the Hungarian artist RΓ³bert BerΓ©ny. The film's set designer had found the work at a California antiques store for $500; it eventually sold at auction for β¬229,500.

The Grim Reaper in Slovakia (1920s-1930s)
I live in Germany but the family from my grandpa's side is from Slovakia. My whole family has always been strongly tied to religion and strange encounters. I know this story from my grandpa who got it from his father. So my great grandfather was living in a very small town which probably was closer to a village than looking like a town at that time. He was living close to a marketplace.
Either way, it's said that animals notice it first when something feels off. And some day late at night, all animals in that town went absolutely nuts and were going completely crazy. He woke up and looked out of his window where he could see the marketplace. A completely white man with a dark robe and without a face was slowly walking down that marketplace. Every dog was barking at him and every animal relatively near was going crazy. He disappeared into thin air as quickly as he appeared.

Apparently, there was a huge fight between the "fans" of Ajax Amsterdam + Cracovia Krakow vs. Levski Sofia in downtown Bratislava, Slovakia. More videos on the FB page I'm sharing. Fucking awful. (None of the clubs play in Bratislava any time soon, Levski play in a different town tomorrow).
