Fellow workers of the PCMP, I have been unlawfully imprisoned on false charges.
Today, I held a rally in purple ahead of the upcoming elections to build support for the communist campaign.
I spoke of the virtues that come from being a worker. Of the power that the workers hold over society. A power greater than any military force or weapon of mass destruction. I encouraged them to strike, and to resist oppression.
Because I am a military leader, I was imprisoned on charges of โillegal recruiting.โ
Not only are these charges false, they are slanderous. I have committed no crime, and the workers have a right to assemble.
If I am not released immediately, my imprisonment will only inflame tensions in the provinces.
Nobody wants armed conflict.

The cause of your hardship is not your lack of power over society, but your lack of ownership over your own labour.
Currently, the vast majority of you work not for yourselves, but for a capitalist who keeps the profits generated from your labor.
A vote for the communist parties is a vote for the emancipation of the working class from their capitalist overlords.
We will nationalize the economy, allowing the workers to see the profits of their labor. We will protect the workersโ rights to organize, strike, and unionize.
