A list of puns related to "Ferndale"
I grew up in Northville, 7 years ago when I was 18 my family moved to the Chicago area (Lake County, Indiana) and currently Iβm considering a move back to Detroit since my parents are moving to Arizona and the rest of my extended family and many of my friends are still in Michigan. I was on a Detroit FB group today and I saw that someone posted that in the last few years Royal Oak and Ferndale have completely died, first most of what made those towns cool left for downtown which I guess is a good thing and then the pandemic decimated the rest, and now theyβve lost everything that separated them from Hazel Park or Southfield or any other suburb. Is that true?
New to the area need some work done on my car. Can anyone recommend some places they trust?
Left the car unlocked last night (whoops) and someone went through it and stole some shoes and a lunch box. Not the end of the world but itd be nice to catch this POS.
Iβm a little surprised because Iβve had a lot of people tell me thatβs area for young adults to live in but just doing some quick googling, I really donβt see all that many apartment options. Am I missing something? Does anyone here have and recommendations about good apartments in the area? Much appreciated!
It used to be an airport park and ride but now has new-ish looking cars parked there that donβt seem to move. It doesnβt seem like a dealership but the cars donβt look recently used. It seems weird that there would be inventory of used or new cars being stored there now when used car prices are so high. Anyone know whatβs going on there?

Thereβs a newer pharmacy in Ferndale that tends to be less-trafficked and has rapid tests available on a semi-regular basis. I was able to pick some up this morning. Itβs called Ferndale Pharmacy and itβs behind the Rite-Aid, at the corner of Alder & Third.
I know fleetari steals the satsuma if you keep the ferndale but Iβve never known if he takes back the ferndale as well. I am on a save where I just want to mess around and explore places Iβve never been to on the map and Iβm thinking of just taking the ferndale and using it for this instead of building the car.

We currently have two DMs (my wife and i) but we are really interested in finding another DM who doesn't have a group right now. Even if you don't want to run any games right now, having an extra person with that knowledge and experience can really help out the table as a whole. Currently we have a good sized group, so this is more to add experience than to fill an empty spot at the table. Please direct message if you are interested.
I have an extra ticket to the show on Thursday. Don't want anything for it. If you want, send me a PM.
Free or whatever you wanna pay, DM me. I still get to see them headline for Royal Blood so I'm not too bummed
Edit: Gave them away, enjoy the concert guys!
I see Madison Heights is pretty close to these other two places, I was just wondering how well it measures up? In terms of young people, bars, restaurants and things like that.
We left the north Seattle suburbs (Woodenville/Bothell area) around 10:30 Sunday and passed through Bham around 12:30.
I-5 was covered in packed snow through Mt. Vernon. Traffic was minimal and mostly flowing around 40-45 except for some confident folks in the far left lane.
Starting around Mt. Vernon one lane was partly snow-free.
The worst section was through the Chuckanuts - there were a couple spin-outs around Lake Samish. Watch for icy patches.
Through Bellingham, I-5 was in decent shape, with pavement visible in two lanes. North of Bellingham the winds picked up and were gusting from the east, pushing us around a bit. I imagine it will cause some drifts. We made a stop off of Grandview, which was partially clear with some shallow drifts. The side-roads off of Grandview had some deeper drifts, and we saw some stuck vehicles.
All-in-all, it was not as harrowing as I thought it would be. We were in a 4WD high-clearance vehicle, and our driver is from the Midwest and grew up driving in snowy conditions, though, so your experience may vary.
Remember to clean off your tail lights and headlights and turn them on! Leave plenty of space between you and the vehicle in front of you, and be patient. Safe travels, friends!
